Mounir Moufarrige, the man who actually thought it would be a good idea to hire Lindsay Lohan as an artistic adviser, has resigned from his position as CEO of Emanuel Ungaro.

Ungaro reps insisted earlier this week that the departure had nothing to do with Lindsay’s failed attempt at designing for the fashion house. They claimed that Mounir simply wanted to devote more time to designing jewelry and watches. As far was we know, Lindsay is still on board.
