Amy Winehouse was arrested and charged with assault today, following an investigation into an incident where she allegedly harassed some pantomimes and a theater worker at a Christmas show in Milton Keynes, England on Saturday.

According to sources, a complaint was filed to police by a theater employee after Amy supposedly harassed the show’s performers by shouting obscenities at them in front of an audience full of families with young children. After the performance, Amy allegedly attacked the theater’s manager, Richard Pound by kicking him in the groin.

Amy turned herself into police today, and was freed on bail shortly after. She’s scheduled to face her charges in court on January 20.
