Brooke Mueller Wants To Work Things Out With Charlie Sheen
Brooke Mueller’s criminal defense lawyer Yale Galanter is reportedly heading to an Aspen court this morning to ask a judge to drop the protective order between Brooke and her husband Charlie Sheen, to give them a chance to fix their marriage.
Yale called the Christmas day incident “one bad night”, and added that the couple are both still in love and interested in working things out.
Yale also told reporters that he wants to make sure that prosecutors don’t end up charging Brooke for lying to police for changing her story a few times since her 911 call. According to Yale, Brooke downplayed the incident to cops after calling 911 because she didn’t realize that Charlie would be arrested when she made the report.
