Paris Hilton Gets Sued By Shoe Company
New York shoe company, Gwyneth Shoes filed documents in a Seattle court last week, suing Paris Hilton for stealing their patented heart-shaped pad insole idea, and using it in her shoe line.
Gwyneth Shoes originally filed the patent in 2007, just a few months before Paris launched her line.
They’re now asking for compensation for trademark and patent infringement. They’re also demanding that Paris send them all of the infringing shoes that have so far been produced.
