Madonna and her first husband Sean Penn were spotted on a romantic dinner date at Adour at the St. Regis Hotel in NYC yesterday.
The pair spent three hours munching on lobster and veal during their one-on-one rendezvous at the four-star Alain Ducasse restaurant.
The former couple, who were unhappily married for four years in the 90s, both recently divorced from their latest spouses.
