An unidentified woman is accusing Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger of sexually assaulting her inside of a women’s restroom in a Georgia nightclub early this morning.

The woman was treated at a hospital in Milledgeville, Georgia earlier today, and has already been released. Several witnesses and Ben himself have been interviewed in connection with the case.

According to his agent, Ben has denied all accusations, and his people have been cooperating with authorities. The allegation may indeed be false, as according to the agent, it has already been dismissed. No charges have yet been filed.

This is Ben’s second sexual assault accusation in recent years. A woman named Andrea McNulty accused him of attacking her in 2008.
