Oksana Grigorieva is now apparently accusing Mel Gibson of beating her up and knocking out a few of her teeth. Sources close to Mel claim however, that she’s making this all up.

The sources say that Oksana is referring to an incident in January, where she and Mel got into a fight. During the fight, Oksana reportedly picked up their daughter Lucia, and shook her like a ragdoll. This supposedly resulted in some sort of physical contact on Mel’s part, but sources say that he was just trying to protect the baby.

The couple made up and then spent the next few months traveling around the world together. Oksana didn’t make an issue of the incident until recently, when she allowed Mel to take shared custody of the kid. Sources close to Mel claim that Oksana decided later on that she didn’t want Mel to see the baby, so she took out a restraining order against him, and accused him of domestic violence. This plan didn’t work though, as Mel went to court and had the restraining order modified to allow him to continue seeing the baby.

To make matters worse for Oksana, it looks like the judge is upset with her for failing to tell him about the mediated custody agreement that she had in place with Mel. The couple will now continue to battle things out in court.
