Word has it that Levi Johnston is possibly having another baby, but the kid isn’t Bristol Palin’s (she’s abstinent now). Levi’s former girlfriend, Lanesia Garcia is pregnant, and she thinks that Levi might be the dad - although she’s not sure because she’s been sleeping around.

According to a source, Bristol is understandably jealous and angry about the situation.

Lanesia will be taking a DNA test after the baby is born to find out whether or not Levi really is the dad.
