K-Fed was sent to a hospital in West Sydney, Australia on Monday, after complaining of having chest pains and an accelerated pulse.

Kevin has been trying to lose weight on the show Excess Baggage, and suffered the illness during a football challenge for the show.

According to the show’s spokesperson,

He did this challenge, which was running and catching the ball, then while his in-series weight-loss partner was taking the same challenge, he reported chest pains and a racing heart. Obviously on this show we have a lot of paramedics on standby and they treated him for the first signs of a minor cardiac arrest, called an ambulance and had him taken to hospital.

An EKG test taken at the hospital determined that K-Fed did not in fact suffer a heart attack. He was kept at the facility under observation until last night.
