Mitchel Musso Gets Probation

Hannah Montana star, Mitchel Musso has been sentenced to 36 months probation after pleading no contest to driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or higher.

He will also need to pay a fine and take an alcohol education class.

Mitchel was arrested for DUI in October in Burbank, CA. He is 20 years old.
