Back in 2004, Jersey Shore’s Snooki (real name Nicole Polizzi) was reportedly charged for selling alcohol to minors at a house party, which ultimately led to the drunk driving death of her classmate Michael Truncali.

According to Radar Online, Michael died after crashing his Mazda while leaving the party on Thanksgiving morning. His blood alcohol level was .18 - more than twice the legal limit. The party took place at Snooki’s mother’s house, and even though she was home at the time of the event, she was not charged in the case.

Michelle and Bill Truncali - Michael’s parents have reportedly come forward, because even though they have accepted that their son was to blame for his own death, they are upset over the glorification of alcohol in Jersey Shore. Bill told Radar Online, “I want to see the truth come out. If this brings some exposure to the problem and if it stops this from happening to someone else, that is a good thing”.

Two other people at the party were also charged in the case.

Dennis Rodman was kicked out of an O.C. restaurant by police last week, after a number of patrons complained about his drunken and disruptive behavior.

The whole incident went down at the Waterfalls restaurant inside the Atrium Hotel on Thursday.

Brooke Mueller’s lawyer is denying yesterday’s reports that Brooke went to rehab for alcohol addiction five months into her pregnancy. Attorney Yale Galanter told E! News today,

They’re dead wrong. I know that’s not true.

I’m very familiar with the situation, and that’s totally not true. She was not in rehab for alcohol abuse while pregnant. That never occurred. She’s an incredible mother; it’s amazing to see her with her children.

Yale is still working to get Brooke’s restraining order against Charlie Sheen lifted so that the pair can make an attempt to repair their marriage.

According to Radar Online, Charlie Sheen’s wife Brooke Mueller checked herself into a rehab program about five months into her pregnancy with Charlie’s twin boys after bottles of alcohol were found in her car.

Charlie and Brooke’s marriage reportedly began crumbling when one of the twins was born with a heart problem, and Charlie blamed the baby’s health issues on Brooke’s drinking.

Brooke has been arrested twice for alcohol and cocaine charges. Both she and Charlie reportedly have serious alcohol problems.

Sources say that while Bow Wow was getting drunk and twittering stupid things from LIV Nightclub in Miami Beach on New Years Eve, Chris Brown and two of his security guards were following him around, attempting to keep him from doing something dumb.

Unfortunately, just a few minutes later, Bow Wow was able to successfully convince Chris (and the club’s valet guy) that he was fine to drunk drive his Lamborghini while twittering about his stupidity from behind the wheel. Bow Wow wrote,

Face numb im whippin the lambo. Tipsy as fuck. Just left the @livmiami Im fucked up!!! Ohhhh damn. Y i drive the lambo. Chris might have to drive after next spot

The rapper apologized the next day for his tweet, saying “it was stupid and immature… my bad”.

Olivia Newton-John’s 23-year-old daughter Chloe Lattanzi got drunk and collapsed in front of a West Hollywood strip club last week, according to sources.

Chloe reportedly showed up to the club drunk with a few of her friends, but was denied entrance because of her incoherent state. She then passed out on front of the club. According to a witness, Chloe’s good friends kindly helped her up and dragged her down the road to another bar where they stayed for the rest of the night.

Chris Brown’s mom Joyce Hawkins was spotted following her son out to Greenhouse after his Nokia Theatre show the other night, and asking the club’s staff there to remove all of the alcohol from Chris’ table to keep him from violating his probation.

The staff promptly complied with her wishes. Chris didn’t seem to mind though, he spent his sober night flirting with a whole table of hot chicks. He was photographed covering his face on the way out.

According to a newly-released legal document, a “witness” (probably Tiger Woods’ wife), came forward to cops last week, claiming that Tiger was drunk and high on Ambien and Vicatin when he smashed his vehicle up shortly after Thanksgiving day.

The document, a subpoena request for a blood test, read, “A witness stated that the driver had consumed alcohol earlier in the day and the same witness removed the driver from the vehicle after the collision”.

The request was denied on the grounds that there was insufficient evidence that a crime was committed.

David Hasselhoff was released from the hospital late last night after suffering from a post-Thanksgiving drunken seizure at his L.A. home.

His attorney, Mel Goldsman released a statement today confirming the news, saying that the actor is now back at home and doing fine. This weekend’s incident was David’s third alcohol-related hospitalization this year.

According to several sources, paramedics were called to David Hasselhoff’s Encino, California home around noon today after David was found unconscious.

No word yet on whether or not alcohol was involved.

Update: Paramedics at the scene have just reported that David was hospitalized after suffering from a seizure. He has a long history of seizures, and had recently been prescribed anti-seizure medication from his doctor. David, who also has a history of alcoholism, was seen drinking before and after Thanksgiving.

Some of Lindsay Lohan’s dear friends reportedly tried to pin the girl down for an intervention at a party hosted by Stavros Niarchos over the weekend.

Apparently they failed miserably because they were unable to corner Lindsay for the talk. A friend told reporters,

She kept moving from room to room. … She was clearly hyped-up on more than just booze. It was impossible to corner her, until a few people tried to — in a bathroom when it was nearly dawn…

The only problem was, she saw David Trent [a close friend of her despised father] and immediately bolted.

Samantha Ronson and Courtney Semel both also reportedly attempted to give Lindsay the talk in recent days. So far, no one has been successful.

Lindsay Lohan reportedly downed two really expensive bottles of champagne with a friend at Crown Bar on November 6, and was actually expected to pay for the alcohol when she was done.

The bartender, who obviously knew not who Lindsay was, printed up a bill at the end of the night, and handed it to her. According to sources, Lindsay threw a huge fit when she got the bill, crying and swearing at the bartender and other people in the bar. When that didn’t get her off the hook, Lindsay reportedly called a friend to get her credit card information. On her way out, Lindsay bitched, “I don’t pay for drinks! This is ridiculous!”.

Other things that Lindsay probably stole over the years include $40,000 worth of Dior accessories during an Elle UK photo shoot, a spray tan formula from a scientist, a mink coat from a stranger, and Paris Hilton’s boyfriend Stavros Niarchos.

Stephanie Pratt has just pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor DUI charge for narrowly failing two breathalyzer tests when she was pulled over on her way home from Holly Montag’s birthday party last month.

She blew a .08 and .09 on the tests. The legal limit is .08. She’s facing up to six months in prison and a $1,000 fine if convicted. Her lawyer said today that Stephanie will voluntarily enroll in a 30-day rehab program.

Thomas Dekker (who played John Connor in the Terminator TV show), was charged yesterday with two misdemeanor counts of DUI.

He was arrested last month, after he crashed his car into a bike-riding kid near a freeway on-ramp. The kid suffered minor injuries.

Thomas will be arraigned this Friday.
