Looks like Chris Brown isn’t the only person trying to beat Rihanna down.  The singer’s neighbor Christian Moeller threw a legal hit at her yesterday when he filed a lawsuit in court, accusing her of letting visitors drive their cars through his lawn to get to her driveway.

The home is rented by Rihanna and owned by someone named Stephen Yacobian.  According to the lawsuit, Christian originally gave Stephen permission to occasionally drive through his property, but claims that Rihanna has been over utilizing the right.  The lawsuit claims that some of Rihanna’s guests have even been parking their cars on Christian’s lawn.

Christian is now asking the courts to revoke the right for people to drive through his property, and is also suing Rihanna for letting her people trespass on his land.  Rihanna’s camp has not yet publicly responded to the suit.

Sophie Monk reportedly got in a car accident in La Brea yesterday when a Ford Explorer hit her Toyota Prius, damaging the front-end of her car, and sending her milkshake flying into her hair.

Sophie looked fine physically, but was taken to the hospital in an ambulance. No word yet on her condition.

Clear the roads people, Nick Hogan, who permanently brain damaged his friend in a car accident in 2007 has now gotten his hands on a fully valid California driver’s license.

The license was issued through a loophole in California state law, where a person who currently has a license in another state can easily transfer it to California.  That all makes sense until you dig deeper and see that the state of California does not recognize driving restrictions from other states, allowing someone with a restricted license living in another state to move to California, and transfer it into a regular license.

In Nick’s case, he was granted a Florida hardship license a few months ago, then moved to California and applied for a transfer.  Using the loophole, Nick was able to get all of his restrictions dropped, giving Hulk Hogan’s little reckless driver, whose license was supposed to be revoked until 2011, the full legal right to drive just like everyone else in the state.

A spokeswoman for the DMV said,

California is one of the states that looks at the fact that he had a valid license in Florida, albeit with certain restrictions, but they don’t recognize those restrictions, so, he’s given a full license to drive in California.

Pro Tip: If you’re in California, be safe, don the helmet.

Matt Dillon, who was caught racing down a Vermont highway at 106 mph, has just been hit with a measly $828 fine.

The actor was arrested back in December for going more than 40 miles over the speed limit in a 65-mph zone, and was charged with excessive speeding and negligent operation.  Matt pleaded guilty to the speeding charge, and has reportedly already paid the fine.

T.R. Knight of Grey’s Anatomy was involved in a car crash yesterday, but escaped unscathed, according to TMZ.

The actor was reportedly making a making a left turn in a construction area on Hollywood Blvd, when he somehow collided into two other cars.

T.R. was unhurt, but another man and a woman were taken to the hospital for treatment.

Nick Hogan, who got his driver’s licence revoked after crashing his car in an accident that left his friend John Graziano paralyzed and brain dead, was granted a “business-purposes-only driver’s license” earlier this week, allowing him to drive himself to and from work.  Still no word yet on what kind of “work” Nick actually does.

Miley Cyrus decided her mom’s old car was too big and guzzled too much gas, so her parents decided what the hell, we’ll just buy her a new car, so they did.

The Daily Mail is reporting that Princess Beatrice, who’s fifth in line for the British throne, got her $23,000 BMW stolen off the street while shopping in London the other day.

Turns out, dumbass left her keys in the ignition of her unlocked car, and figured no way would anyone actually try to take it. Her tardbrained security detail, who were accompanying her on the shopping trip, also reportedly missed the boat.  Witnesses claim they saw a man get into the car and take off in broad daylight.

The Princess was seen at a pub after the incident, calmly having a drink while cops ran their investigation.

For Britain’s sake, let’s just hope the other four people in line for the throne don’t suddenly keel.
