According to the seller of Octomom Nadya Suleman’s La Habra, CA home, the mom of 14 currently owes him over $450,000 for the property, and he’s ready to start foreclosure proceedings against her immediately.

Amer Haddadin claimed yesterday that Nadya was supposed to make 12 payments of $4,139 over the last year, and one balloon payment of $450,000 on March 10, 2010. Nadya, responsible woman that she is, was late on three recent monthly payments, and failed to make both last month’s payment, as well as the balloon payment. Amer told reporters that he “tried to handle this in a gentlemanly way”, but since that was unsuccessful, he’s being forced to foreclose on the property. No comment yet from Nadya.

TomatoBank filed a lawsuit against Danny Masterson yesterday, for almost $3 million, which they claim he failed to pay on a loan for the construction of a condo in L.A.

Apparently, Danny took out a $3.2 million loan for the new construction in 2007, but then stopped making payments when he realized that the home wouldn’t be worth as much as he was paying. TomatoBank filed their lawsuit yesterday for the remainder of the balance - $2,911,586.11 plus interest.

Zac Efron’s swimming pool reportedly overflowed into his house on Saturday morning.

His good friends and kind pool guy all came to his rescue though, and helped him to clean up the mess and pump water away from the home. Zac is now working with landscapers to design a better drainage system to avoid a repeat of the problem in the future.

Doug Reinhardt’s former landlord is suing Doug, MTV, and Viacom for shooting The Hills in his Hollywood home without his permission, and for physically damaging the property during their production.

Doug originally filed a lawsuit against the landlord last year for refusing to return his $21 K security deposit. Now however, the landlord is counter-suing Doug, claiming that he had no idea the MTV reality show crew was shooting in the home. He wants unspecified damages and attorney’s fees for invasion of privacy and damaged property. He’s also suing MTV for trespassing.

The late Patrick Swayze’s wife Lisa Niemi is reportedly planning to put California home where the actor spent his final days, up for sale.

According to a source, Lisa is emotionally unable to continue living in the home because of the memories that it holds for her.

The source added that Lisa is currently seeing a psychic to help her cope with her husband’s death.

Jon and Kate Gosselin have finally found a buyer for their old Elizabethtown, PA home.

The house, which was featured in the first few seasons of their show, Jon & Kate Plus 8, was purchased by the former couple for $280,000 in 2006. It was listed for sale in March 2009 after the couple moved their family into a $1.1 million, 6,000 square foot upgrade in Wernersville, PA.

The home finally sold recently for $258,000 - 21% less than their asking price of $325,000.

Sarah Jessica Parker and her husband Matthew Broderick have reportedly purchased a new $5.8 million Long Island home.

The pair are planning to move into the home when Matthew starts filming his new NBC pilot about an author who runs a newspaper in the Hamptons.

This is the couple’s third oceanfront home on Long Island.

One of Nicolas Cage’s many homes has finally sold on the auction block for $4.95 million - almost $3.5 million less than he purchased it for in 2006.

The mansion which Nic originally paid $8.5 million for, is located in Las Vegas, and sports 6 bedrooms, 7.5 baths, and an elevator and theater room. It was repossessed by the bank in November of last year.

Mischa Barton has reportedly been skipping out on rent payments for her $7,000 per month NY apartment.

According to a lawsuit filed yesterday by M.R.A. Realities, Mischa owes them a total of $21,000 in unpaid rent. The actress had reportedly planned to stay in the Tribeca home for the shooting of her show The Beautiful Life, which was canceled in September of last year - the same month that she signed the one-year lease on the apartment. The landlords are now demanding that Mischa pay their legal fees on top of her three months of skipped rent.

Tiger Woods’ wife Elin Nordegren has reportedly moved out of her husband’s Florida home, and into a nearby rented 5-bed, 5-bath, 6,000 square ft. mansion with their two children.

According to sources, Elin has been living in the $2 million home since mid-December.

10-year-old Slumdog Millionaire actress, Rubina Ali is homeless for the second time this year after her house was bulldozed by Indian authorities to make way for a new railroad to be built through the Garib Nagar slum in Mumbai, India.

Rubina’s first home was demolished by authorities in May. Her family is still waiting for Slumdog’s Jai Ho Trust to provide her with an apartment which was promised to them. The trust was set up to ensure the welfare of Rubina and her co-star Azharuddin Ismail. Azharuddin was placed in a $56,000 apartment with his family earlier this year. Both children are also currently receiving a $120 monthly allowance from the trust.

According to cops, Jon Gosselin’s NYC apartment was broken into and burglarized earlier today. Someone reportedly entered the home while Jon was away, and hacked through his furniture, a 100-year-old Ming vase, clothes, and other possessions with a butcher knife, and then took off with a television, CD player, Nintendo Wii, and some cookware. According to Jon’s lawyer, a note calling Jon a “cheater” was “speared” to his dresser with the butcher knife, signed by Hailey Glassman. It is unclear whether or not she was actually connected in any way.

Coincidentally, Hailey complained on her Twitter yesterday that Jon had been stealing money from her by pocketing her half of the rent money. She wrote,

FYI – That apartment everyone calls ‘Jon’s Apartment’ was MY apartment, as well. We split rent!. So get your facts right before you all assume. My family and I found out a week ago he’s been pocketing our rent money ‘n not paying the rent!

The NYPD spent their day today collecting fingerprints and photographing the apartment. Jon is planning to seek felony charges against the perpetrator.

Who knew Celine Dion was a water-park-in-the-backyard type?

According to one of her neighbors, the singer is currently making plans to build a giant water park on her $12.5 million property. The park will reportedly include two big pools, multiple water slides, and even a lazy river.

Unfortunately for Celine however, many of her stiff neighbors are enraged over the plans. One resident angrily said,

It’s totally distasteful and demeans the whole area. I don’t know how she got the well permits in there either, because the town is usually pretty restrictive with stuff like that.

No word yet on when construction is set to begin on the project.
