Eddie Bubar - the owner of Eddie’s Pharmacy in L.A. claimed today that he had cut off Brittany Murphy, her mother Sharon Murphy, and her husband Simon Monjack just a few months before Brittany’s death because he was afraid that Brittany would have some kind of an “accident”.

Eddie apparently filled over 100 prescriptions for the trio under a number of aliases in a 7-month time span. The aliases included names like Lola Manilow Murphy, Kathelyn Moore, Trevor Williams, and Faith Gosselin.

Simon admitted to using aliases to fill Brittany’s prescriptions, but insisted that he was only doing it for privacy reasons. He added, “We’re the ones who cut Eddie’s Pharmacy off”.

According to the California Attorney General A.G. Jerry Brown, pharmacy records show that Corey Haim purchased thousands of pills from several dozen different doctors over the past year.

As previously reported, paramedics found four prescriptions from one psychiatrist at the scene of his death. His death has not yet been ruled an overdose.

Kendra Wilkinson’s E! True Hollywood Story is coming out tonight, and will cover the typical topics of drug abuse, suicide attempts, self harming, and bad former relationships.

According to Kendra, she started doing cocaine at age 13, and was admitted to a psychiatric facility for suicidal thoughts and drug abuse at 15. By her sophomore year of high school, she had run away with a guy who fed her drugs every day for a whole year straight. Check out the fun show at 10 PM EST tonight on E!.

According to the California Attorney General Jerry Brown, Corey Haim’s name was found on an unauthorized drug prescription during a probe of a fraudulent prescription pad ring in San Diego.

The ring illegally orders prescription pads, and then uses real doctor’s names to write prescriptions for addicts and dealers. Most of the doctors whose names appear on the pads don’t know they are being used.

Corey’s death has not been ruled an overdose, but his mother did recently tell authorities that her son had been doctor shopping to obtain drugs.

Some chick named Natalie Mejia, who appeared on the Pussycat Dolls reality show Girlicious, was arrested in Glendale, CA yesterday after she was caught with a Gucci purse filled to the brim with bags of cocaine.

Cops noticed the coke when they pulled a car that Natalie was riding in over for speeding. When searched, they found over a dozen bags of the drug in Natalie’s bag, and arrested her immediately. She’s now being held for suspicion of cocaine for sale or distribution.

Update: Natalie has just been charged with one felony count of drug possession. The driver of the car was also charged with possession, as well as one misdemeanor count of driving without a license. Natalie’s arraignment is scheduled for April 15.

Bryson Bryant, the son of Real Housewives of Atlanta’s NeNe Leakes was arrested for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana on March 7th. He was also charged with failure to appear.

He’s been held at the Gwinett County Detention Center since the arrest. NeNe eloquently tweeted about the arrest recently, saying,

My head is up & held high this morning because I KNOW the parent that i’am! U hate 4 yo kids 2 make mistakes! TOUGH LOVE this morning.

Some woman has supposedly be going around, claiming to have had a threesome with Charlie Sheen and his wife Brooke Mueller before the Christmas drama broke between the pair.

And according to another source, that woman wasn’t the only one to have had a sexual encounter with the couple during their short marriage. The source said that Brooke considers herself bisexual, and that she and her husband did drugs with many of their extra sex partners.

A judge denied Cameron Douglas’ request for bail in a Manhattan court yesterday.

Cameron, who is currently in prison on a number of drug charges, reportedly wanted to get out of jail to check himself into a rehab center. The judge decided that Cameron was more likely to stay off drugs in jail, so he denied the request.

Cameron is scheduled to appear in court for his next hearing on April 14.

After just a few days of treatment, Brooke Mueller has reportedly left her rehab facility, opting instead to pay the rehab professionals to come to her house to do her treatment there.

According to sources, Brooke wanted to be home with her kids Bob and Max and Charlie’s parents. A number of therapists and sober coaches have now moved into the Sheen family home to help Brooke kick her crack habit. Word has it that this is Brooke’s 5th attempt at rehabilitation. Charlie is still out doing rehab at a different facility by himself.

Leif Garrett pleaded not guilty to one felony count of heroin possession in court earlier today.

He was arrested at an L.A. Metrolink station on February 1st after police found tar heroin in his shoe. He’s scheduled to return to court for his next hearing on March 16.

According to sources, Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife Denise Richards was the one who called Two and a Half Men’s producers, and got them to convince Charlie to go to rehab.

Sources say that Denise was concerned that Charlie was relapsing in his battle against his cocaine and alcohol abuse, so she contacted the show’s producers. They made Charlie realize that his job was on the line, prompting him to make the decision to check himself into the facility. Charlie is expected to return to work after about two weeks of treatment.

Lindsay Lohan sat down with The Sun the other day, to finally open up about her drug problems to the media.

Former child actor, Brian Bonsall was arrested again in Colorado on Friday, after being caught using marijuana.

Brian’s attorney tried to argue that his client used pot to help alleviate his headaches. Brian supposedly applied for a medical marijuana card through the state, but had not yet received it.

He was previously accused of beating a friend with a bar stool in December, and for skipping a court date for another assault in 2007.

A source close to Kristin Cavallari sold her out to US magazine this week, by telling a little story about Kristin’s hunt for cocaine on Super Bowl weekend.

According to the source, The Hills star spent her time in Miami, wasted and trying to find someone to sell her cocaine. The source added,

Her issues are becoming apparent to everyone. She’s getting scary-thin and not showering regularly…She’s clearly unhealthy.

Apparently, even MTV has some incriminating footage of Kristin at her best. When asked, the network refused to comment on the matter.
