Adrian Pasdar, who plays Nathan Petrelli on Heroes, was charged with DUI over the weekend, for his January 27th arrest, where he was caught driving 90 MPH on the 405 Freeway in L.A.
He’s scheduled to return to court to face his charges on February 24. He’s looking at up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
Jake Harris, son of the late Phil Harris from the Discovery Channel show Deadliest Catch, was arrested after crashing his car while drunk in Seattle, Washington the other day.
Cops confirmed that the 24-year-old was arrested for three misdemeanors - one DUI, one hit and run, and one count of driving with a suspended license. He is currently being held on $1,500 bail.

When cops pulled him over, they gave him a field sobriety test, which he failed. He was arrested and booked at a nearby jail. Adrian’s bail was set at $15,000 after he refused to take a breathalyzer.
Thomas Dekker was sentenced to just two years informal probation in his DUI case today.
The Sarah Connor Chronicles actor was arrested last year after running over a 17-year-old bicyclist while driving drunk.
His lawyers got him off the hook after arguing that the bicyclist, who was riding the wrong way on a freeway on-ramp without reflectors, was at fault for the accident.
Along with his probation, Thomas will also be required to do 12 hours in an alcohol education class, and pay a $300 fine.
David Hasselhoff’s ex-wife Pamela Bach was charged with one count of DUI, and one count of driving with a BAC above .08 today.
She was arrested for the offense back in November on her way home from comforting her daughters after David’s alcohol-induced seizure. When cops pulled her over, she blew a .14 and .13 on two separate breathalyzer tests.
She’s facing a minimum of five days in jail if convicted.
Shayne Lamas pleaded guilty in court yesterday to a “wet reckless” (a not-so-serious alcohol-related reckless driving charge), which allowed her to avoid the possible jail time connected with a traditional DUI.
She was sentenced to 3 years probation, and ordered to pay a few penalties and a $300 fine. She was also ordered to take an alcohol ed program, and to pay a visit to the morgue - to scare her from ever driving drunk again in the future.
Nas was reportedly busted and then cleared of a DUI charge near his Georgia home on September 10, and somehow we’re not hearing about it until now.
Nas admitted to officers that he had smoked weed before getting into his car to drive. He failed a field sobriety test, but strangely, was cleared of all charges when his drug test came back negative for all illegal substances.
In other Nas legal news, the rapper was in an L.A. courtroom today, facing off against his soon-to-be ex-wife Kelis on matters regarding their divorce and custody of their kid. The couple apparently aren’t fighting anymore, as they were spotted chatting and laughing together with their lawyers outside of the courthouse.
Some guy named Mitchell Paulson decided to make Pamela Bach’s week that much sweeter by unleashing a lawsuit against her for an accident that Pamela got into while drunk back in March.
Mitchell wants unspecified damages for injuries that he said he suffered when Pamela crashed her car into his.
Pam was sentenced to probation after the incident. She’s now facing possible jail time for Saturday’s arrest, where she blew a .13 and .14 on a breathalyzer.
Looks like the Hasselhoff family had a pretty normal weekend. After suffering a seizure on Friday, David Hasselhoff was sent to the hospital by his daughter Hayley, where he was treated, and then later placed under 5150 psychiatric hold - because authorities apparently thought he was a danger to himself and others.
Meanwhile, David’s ex-wife (Hayley’s mom) Pamela Bach, was arrested for DUI after she blew a .13 and .14 on a breathalyzer test during a traffic stop on Saturday night. She was carted off to Van Nuys jail, where she posted $15,000 bail. She was released on Sunday morning. After the incident, Pamela admitted that she had downed a few drinks while comforting her kids over David’s seizure/fit of insanity. She blamed the “really difficult time” for her irresponsibility.
This is Pamela’s second DUI this year, so she’s facing mandatory jail time if convicted.
The L.A. City Attorney has decided not to prosecute John Kerry’s daughter Alexandra for the DUI that she was arrested for last week.
Alexandra failed a field sobriety test after getting pulled over by the LAPD on Thursday, but her blood alcohol level only registered at a .06 when she was tested at the police station. The California legal limit is .08, and even though the City Attorney’s office has the right to prosecute an impaired driver with a BAC level under the legal limit, they typically choose not to do so.
Senator John Kerry’s daughter, Alexandra Forbes Kerry was arrested at 12:40 AM today in Hollywood on suspicion of DUI.
According to police, Alexandra was pulled over after she violated a traffic law. She then failed a field sobriety test, and was placed under arrest. She refused to take a preliminary alcohol screening test at the scene. Alexandra was taken in to the police station where she registered a .06 on a blood alcohol test (the CA legal limit is .08), which means she’ll probably be able to avoid prosecution.
She was released a 5:25 AM today.
Update: John Kerry’s spokesperson has just released a statement about the incident. The statement reads:
Alexandra Kerry was pulled over for an expired registration and was released after the results of a breathalyzer test at the police station were under the legal limit. Senator Kerry supports his daughter and will have no further comment on a private matter.
The arresting officer, Enrique Mendoza also spoke, indicating that at the time of arrest, Alexandra “identified herself as Sen. Kerry’s daughter” - probably in an attempt to get off easy.
Stephanie Pratt has just pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor DUI charge for narrowly failing two breathalyzer tests when she was pulled over on her way home from Holly Montag’s birthday party last month.
She blew a .08 and .09 on the tests. The legal limit is .08. She’s facing up to six months in prison and a $1,000 fine if convicted. Her lawyer said today that Stephanie will voluntarily enroll in a 30-day rehab program.
Actor Thomas Dekker pleaded not guilty to two counts of DUI yesterday, stemming from that incident last month, where he got drunk, and drove his car into a 17-year-old kid riding a bike in L.A.
The kid suffered minor injuries from the accident.
According to In Touch Weekly, Stephanie Pratt is planning on enrolling herself in an outpatient rehab program to make herself look better to the judge in her DUI case deal with her drinking problem.
Her friend told the mag,
Getting a DUI was the wake-up call that she needed to get professional help for her drinking problem. Like a lot of people, she needed something to shake her up. She realizes it could have been a lot worse.
No word yet on when she’ll be starting this program.
