Tila Tequila is back on Twitter after almost dying from a concussion over the weekend. So, the latest update on Tila, via Tila is that she’s suffered a miscarriage (or at least she wants us to think so), but that’s no problem, because she’s just been approved to adopt a baby boy from Russia.

According to Tila, she woke up feeling pains in her stomach, but she’s ignoring them because she’s not going back to the hospital.

As far as the new adoptive Russian baby goes, it will be 2-3 years old, and will be arriving into Tila’s torture chamber sometime this year.

According to Heidi Klum’s father Guenther, Seal has reportedly started the paperwork to legally adopt Heidi’s 5-year-old daughter Leni, whose biodad is Flavio Briatore.

Seal began dating Heidi when she was pregnant with Leni, and has raised her ever since. In the past, he told reporters,

Leni is my first child. Just like Henry (his first son) I saw her take shape and move in Heidi’s body. And I was present at her birth, too.

Leni calls Seal “papa” like his other kids. Seal is hoping to legally adopt Leni before Christmas.

Aysha Shahin, a worker at SOS Children’s Village - the orphanage that Angelina was rumored to be adopting her seventh child, spoke out over the weekend, and insisted that Angelina and Brad had only visited the orphanage to meet the kids, and that they had no plans to adopt from them. Aysha told Hello! magazine that their orphanage doesn’t even do adoptions. She said,

We do not do adopting. I have not heard of any plans for her to adopt here in Jordan and in Syria it would be impossible.

Angelina did not talk about adoption. She just wanted to play with the kids. She is a sweetheart - one of our greatest supporters.

Angelina and Brad, who have been donating money to the orphanage for six years, spent their visit playing, singing songs, and talking about school and movies with the kindergarten-aged kids.

Some spokesperson for the Immigration and Naturalization Service in Washington claimed today that Angelina Jolie recently filed adoption papers to bring home a Syrian baby. According to the source, Brad Pitt’s name was not on the application.

Another source close to the Jolie-Pitts revealed that Brad was against the adoption because he felt that seven kids would be too much to handle.

According to sources, when Kelli Carpenter moved out on Rosie O’Donnell a few months ago, she didn’t go alone. She reportedly took their youngest kid - her biological daughter - Vivienne with her.

Kelli left her other three kids, Parker, Chelsea, and Blake, with Rosie in their Nyack, NY home. Those ones were adopted.

Marina, the mother of the Ukrainian kid that Elton John was trying to adopt told reporters yesterday that there was no way she would ever give up her son, Lev.

Now it looks like the 15-month-old baby’s father Sergey is in agreement - he’s also refusing to sign off on an adoption, but he is open to letting Elton pay to move him to Britain with his son… and buy him a shoe store.

The HIV positive, unemployed, convicted murderer told reporters,

I know Elton is a rich man. Maybe he could help Marina and me and the boys get a flat so we could be a family again. That would be ideal. And if Elton could buy me a shoe shop, that would be great.

Sergey’s mom Yulia agreed. She said,

I don’t want Elton to adopt the children. But it would be OK if he was the boys’ guardian. Lev is so sweet, he took Elton’s heart away. He could give them a good life. But he must look after the boys’ parents too and keep them together as a family. Elton could be godfather.

She also added that Sergey’s criminal record shouldn’t keep Elton from taking him in. According to her, Sergey only killed a 14-year-old girl years ago because “He went for a walk with a pretty girl. She accidentally stood on his foot and he grabbed her by the neck and threw her in a lake. He ran away and she died”.

The HIV-positive mother of the baby boy that Elton John had been fighting to adopt spoke out over the weekend, stating that there was no way that she would ever allow Elton and his partner David Furnish to take her child out of the country.

25-year-old Marina is the mother of 15-month-old Lev, and another older son, who were both removed from her home after she became an alcoholic and lost the ability to care for them. The boys are currently living in a Ukrainian orphanage. Marina told reporters,

I will not give my baby to Elton John for any money. I understand Elton’s feelings. Lev is a very sunny and cheerful boy. It’s impossible not to love him.

But I’m going to overcome my problems. I so much want my babies back.

Elton and David had been told last month that their ages and sexual orientations were against the country’s adoption laws. Nevertheless, the couple had been working to try to convince the Ukrainian government to make an exception and allow them to take both Lev and his older brother home. They have also been casually looking into an African adoption after traveling over there for Elton’s Aids foundation.

Actor Jon Cryer and his wife Lisa Joyner adopted a baby girl named Daisy recently, according to their rep. The baby was born on August 11.

The couple married in 2007, and Jon has a 9-year-old son named Charlie from his first marriage to Sarah Trigger. Daisy is Jon and Lisa’s first child together.

Katherine Heigl admitted earlier this month that she and her husband Josh Kelley were able to fast track the adoption of their daughter Naleigh because of her special needs.

Turns out, the kid was born with a hole in her heart, but there’s really nothing wrong with her anymore. Doctors performed emergency surgery on Naleigh about two months after her birth, and successfully corrected the life-threatening congenital heart defect. The 10-month-old is now reportedly doing well at home with her new parents.

Katherine Heigl and Josh Kelly released the first official photo of them with their 10-month-old adopted baby girl Naleigh today.

The couple brought Naleigh home from South Korea just a few days ago, and according to their rep, “Katherine, Josh and Naleigh are together and doing well”.

Looks like Elton John and David Furnish weren’t able to get past the Family, Youth, and Sports Minster in Ukraine. The couple who were interested in asking president Viktor Yushchenko to make an exception to allow them to adopt a baby boy from an orphanage, have just been denied the chance by senior official, Yuriy Pavlenko.

Yuriy confirmed today that Elton and David are too old and gay to adopt the 14-month-old baby boy, and that the country wouldn’t be making an exception for them because of their celebrity status. Yuriy said,

Elton John will not be able to adopt a Ukrainian child and if he files that request we will unfortunately deny it. The law is the same for everybody: for a president, for a minister, for Elton John.

We wonder if they’ll be pulling a Madonna and throwing a public hissy fit until they get their way.

Elton John announced the other day that at the age of 62, he was finally ready to pull a Madonna and break some adoption rules to bring home a less-fortunate child with his husband David Furnish.

Elton made his decision after he fell in love with a 14-month-old baby boy named Lev who he met while he and David were visiting a Ukrainian orphanage. Elton told Reuters yesterday,

David and I have always talked about adoption. David always wanted to adopt a child and I always said, ‘No’, because I am 62 and I think because of the traveling I do and the life I have, maybe it wouldn’t be fair for the child.

But having seen Lev today, I would love to adopt him. I don’t know how we do that but he has stolen my heart. And he has stolen David’s heart and it would be wonderful if we can have a home. I’ve changed my mind today.

David and Elton will most-likely face a lengthy legal battle to adopt Lev. Not only are they gay, they’re also old. They’re currently trying to convince Ukrainian president Viktor Yushchenko to make an exception for them. If their adoption is granted, the pair will look into taking in Lev’s brother as well.

Katherine Heigl and her husband Josh Kelley reportedly brought their 10-month-old baby girl home last night. The couple adopted the baby named Naleigh from Korea after a six-month-long process.

Katherine, who married Josh in 2007, told Ellen earlier this year that she had always wanted to adopt since her parents had had a positive experience adopting her sister.

She is currently taking some time off of filming Grey’s Anatomy to settle in with the baby.

Octomom’s fame-hungry former publicist, Victor Munoz decided to jump in on the using-dead-Michael-Jackson-for-my-own-gain game yesterday, by claiming to the UK Daily Mirror that he received three phone calls from Michael Jackson a few months ago, offering to purchase his client’s octuplets.

According to Victor, Michael was looking for some playmates for his youngest son Blanket shortly after the birth of the octuplets. After hearing about the children’s mother Nadya Suleman’s financial struggles in the news, he decided to put in an offer for the little ones. Victor said that Michael told him over the phone,

Blanket would love to have more siblings. I could take care of all the babies, they could live with me and wouldn’t need for anything. They would have a bright future.

I want to take care of Nadya. She will be happy and won’t have to worry about caring for her children any more.

Victor told the Mirror,

When Michael called I thought it was a joke at first. I was getting hundreds of calls every day and many from celebrities’ agents saying their client wanted to help.

But when the person on the end of the line said ‘Hi it’s Michael Jackson’ I was a bit taken aback. Michael wanted to know how the babies were, how Nadya was coping.

He then said he could take care of the children if Nadya couldn’t. It was creepy. He was basically offering to buy the children. I was a bit shocked.

Victor claimed that he was 100% sure that the phone calls he received were not pranks because “I went on to Youtube to listen to Michael Jackson’s voice.”

Victor told the Mirror that he never informed Nadya of Michael’s offer because he knew she would say no. Victor quit working for Nadya last March after they stopped seeing eye-to-eye on issues concerning the octuplets.
