Jude Law and his accidental babymama, Samantha Burke have reportedly come to a custody agreement for their 6-month-old baby girl, Sophia.

Jude will supposedly pay a total of $5,000 per month in child support, and will see his daughter twice a year - once around Christmastime, once later in the year.

He met Sophia for the first time in Florida last month in a business meeting-like setting with his lawyers present. Samantha has reportedly signed a confidentiality clause as part of the custody agreement, which will ban her from talking to the press.

Word has it that Jamie Lynn Spears and her baby daddy Casey Aldridge are currently embroiled in a bitter custody battle over their 20-month-old daughter Maddie.

According to the National Enquirer, Casey’s mom is trying to convince him to fight for custody of the kid so that Jamie (who has more money and is currently dating a rich businessman) would have to pay them child support - just like her older sister Britney does with her baby daddy K-Fed.

Sources say that Jamie is hoping that she can just pay off Casey to convince him to stay away, but Casey isn’t interested in getting completely shut out of his daughter’s life. Casey’s mom is now reportedly pressuring him to fight for the issue in court.

When Dennis Hopper filed for divorce from his wife Victoria last week, he asked for joint custody of their 6-year-old daughter Galen, but now it looks like Victoria is doing everything that she can to make sure that that doesn’t happen.

She filed legal papers in court today, accusing Dennis of smoking medical marijuana in front of Galen, leaving loaded guns within the kid’s reach, and threatening to kill Victoria if she ever attempted to leave him.

The papers also stated that Victoria didn’t believe that Dennis really wanted a divorce. Instead, she blamed his family members for forcing him to file in order to cut her out of his will.

Tila Tequila announced on Extra last night that she’s planning to file paperwork in the near future to take custody of her late “fiancee” Casey Johnson’s adopted 3-year-old daughter Ava.

Tila, who currently enjoys spending her days getting naked on Ustream, parading around in skimpy clothing in front of the paparazzi, and lying about pregnancies to her internet “army”, insisted that she’s so much more qualified to care for Ava than Casey’s mom Sale. Sale had been caring for Ava ever since Casey fired her nanny and abandoned her to party with friends several months ago. According to Tila, “Her last wish was to have Ava, have me have Ava”.

Bristol Palin filed for sole custody of her son Tripp in early November, according to court documents that were just made public this week.

Bristol had petitioned to have the court proceedings closed to the public saying that the media publicity would negatively affect the child. The baby’s spotlight-loving father, Levi Johnston requested however, to have the proceedings open to the public. His excuse was that “I feel more comfortable in a public courtroom which will help everyone stay civil and be on their best behavior”.

A judge ruled last week in favor of Levi’s request, and documents were opened to the public today.

Levi is asking for shared custody of the boy, but Bristol has insisted that he had been avoiding his parental responsibilities. Bristol also noted in court that Levi had posed nude for Playgirl Magazine, and that his mother had been arrested for drug possession earlier this year.

After announcing that she was pregnant on Twitter last night, Tila Tequila reportedly boarded a flight to New York with her “fiancee” Casey Johnson to reclaim Casey’s 2-year-old adopted daughter Ava from Casey’s mother Sale Johnson.

Casey, who adopted Ava from Kazakhstan in 2007, originally left the toddler with Sale in New York a few months ago when she fired her nanny, and couldn’t find anyone to care for the child while she partied with her friends.

Sources are concerned though, because they say that Casey’s home isn’t exactly a safe place for the kid. One friend told Page Six,

When I went to her rented house on Mulholland Drive recently, it was like Grey Gardens. There are dirty dishes everywhere and rotting food. There is graffiti on the walls. The pool looks like a swamp.

She can’t pay her bills, so the electricity was cut off. She can’t put gas in her car. She’s been keeping her Porsche in the garage because she’s afraid it will be repossessed.

Casey’s family reportedly cut her off after the Johnson and Johnson heiress failed to complete even one of her multiple rehab attempts.

After a slightly crazy year, Courtney Love has just lost custody of her 17-year-old daughter Frances Bean to her late-husband Kurt Cobain’s mother Wendy O’Connor and Kurt’s sister Kimberly Dawn Cobain.

Courtney did not appear in court for the custody hearing which took place on Friday.

According to TMZ, guardianship of Frances was changed to protect her personal and financial well-being.

Jon Gosselin reportedly decided not to fight his soon-to-be ex-wife Kate for custody of his eight kids during their arbitration hearing over the weekend.

He wasn’t as cooperative with the money, however. The ex-couple spent the entire afternoon on Saturday, arguing over the division of their assets.

Jon then sat down with TLC, and revealed to them that he was really happy to have his apartment in NYC, where he could go to be three hours away from his kids.

Jon Gosselin was spotted showing up at his arbitration hearing over the weekend with a bouquet of roses for Kate (to apologize for ruining her life?).

The effort was apparently unsuccessful, as Kate was seen leaving the Pennsylvania courthouse after the meeting without the flowers.

The couple met on Saturday to discuss custody of their eight kids and the division of their assets.

The arbitrator will likely make a ruling within 30 days, which will finalize the ex-couple’s divorce.

Levi Johnston announced today that he’ll be filing for joint custody of his son Tripp in just a few weeks. Apparently, his current arrangement with the Palin family isn’t going so well. He told reporters,

At the end of the month I’m going to file for joint custody of Tripp. I’m done. It’s going to have to go to court. They just finally pushed me over the edge.

Levi didn’t give any details on the reason for the recent decision.

Christie Brinkley and her ex-husband Peter Cook have finally come to an agreement over the custody of their two kids, Sailor and Jack.

These two first began their divorce proceedings in 2006 after Peter had an affair with one of his teenage employees. After Christie filed for divorce, Peter asked the court to order a parenting coordinator to work with his ex-wife. He also requested that she undergo anger management classes. According to Christie’s lawyer, Peter withdrew his requests earlier this month, and a judge approved the new settlement.

Cops were called to Usher’s home three times last month after the singer had an argument with his soon-to-be-ex wife Tameka Foster over the custody of their two sons.

According to police reports, Tameka began fighting with Usher over the phone on Sept. 10. She then drove to Usher’s home, and demanded to take the children who were in his custody at the time. The kids were actually visiting Usher’s mother’s house, so Tameka took a trip over there, and began calling her and knocking on her door. Usher’s mother didn’t answer the door, and called police instead. When the cops arrived, Tameka was already gone. The next morning, Usher reportedly found scratches on his truck, so he called the cops again. The cops were unable to prove that Tameka had anything to do with the scratches. She had her rep release a statement today saying,

This is just another attempt to disparage Tameka. It’s simply an angry ploy that has no merit.

Tameka’s own truck was scratched but it’s not clear how. The truck is registered in her name, it’s not even Usher’s car. Why would she vandalize her own vehicle?

A few days after the car keying incident, Usher called the cops a third time, reporting that Tameka was on his property, and refusing to leave. Law enforcement showed up again, and once again, the stealthy Tameka was no where to be found.

These two are currently still working on finalizing their divorce.

Jon Gosselin is trying to win the record for most articles written about him in one day. Here’s the latest: according to him, he and his ex, Kate had previously worked out an agreement where they would both be allowed to spend all birthdays and holidays together with their kids.

Well tomorrow just happens to be Mady and Cara’s birthdays, but because Jon recently stole a few hundred thousand dollars from the family bank account, Kate has decided that she would prefer it if they would split the time with their kids on that day instead. She kindly assigned Jon the 4PM to 6PM time slot. Here’s Jon’s response:
