Christina Milian and her mother Carmen and sister Danielle are being sued by their 81-year-old neighbor Leo Skolion, who was allegedly attacked by one of their dogs back in 2008.
According to the lawsuit, Leo paid a visit to the Milian family home in October of ‘08 to speak with them about a flooding problem in their home which was damaging a gate between their properties. When he arrived, one of their dogs ran out and allegedly chewed off a piece of his arm. He claimed in legal docs that was required to get 19 stitches, and undergo 9 months of rehabilitation for his injuries. He also insisted that he has been suffering from fear and depression since the incident.
He’s suing Christina and her family for unspecified damages.
Jessica Simpson replaced her dead dog Daisy with a pup named Sammy the other day.
According to her, Sammy won’t be a permanent fixture in her bedroom. He was borrowed from friends, and returned shortly after.
Michael Lohan reportedly abandoned a cute fluffy white dog at the vet recently, after the dog allegedly tore up his girlfriend Kate Major’s house.
The dog named Abbey was originally adopted from the Last Chance Animal Rescue Fund as a gift for Kate. Michael reportedly called the shelter after the dog made a mess at the home, and then took it in to the vet for heart worm treatment. According to the vet, Michael never came to pick the dog back up. After a 10-day waiting period, the vet returned Abbey to the shelter. Abbey has now been adopted by another family.
Kevin and Danielle Jonas, who got married less than a month ago, have already gotten a new baby - but it isn’t human.
The new member of their family is a teacup Maltese-Yorkie puppy named Riley Jonas. The couple took the dog in shortly after returning from their honeymoon in Mexico.

PETA is reportedly pressuring Arizona police to take two giraffes formerly owned by Michael Jackson away from their new owners, after learning that two other giraffes living with them had recently died from improper care.
The giraffes were rescued from Neverland Ranch by a couple of men named Tom and Freddie Hancock, and Voices of the Wild Foundation and Banjoko Wildlife Preserve in 2007. They were originally housed on Page, Arizona city property, but were evicted shortly after being moved.
PETA is now urging Arizona Police Chief Charlie Dennis to open an investigation on the situation. They’ve also offered to help find new homes for the long-necked creatures, and to hire professionals to move them.
Sources close to Casey Johnson’s family are shooting down Tila Tequila’s accusations that Casey’s dogs were put to sleep to be buried with her. Instead, the dogs are supposedly doing well after a check-up with their veterinarian, and currently being taken care of by the Johnson family in New York.
Tila began her accusations against the family a few days ago, when Nicky Hilton and Bijou Philips payed a visit to her house on the request of the Johnson family to confiscate the pets. Tila initially refused to hand over the animals, but was forced to do so when the police were called to the scene.
Nicky Hilton and Bijou Phillips called 911 on Tila Tequila today, after Tila refused to hand over Casey Johnson’s two dogs to Casey’s family.
The LAPD intervened, and was finally able to get Tila to relinquish the animals. One of the dogs is now on his way to the vet for a check up. Both will then be flown to Casey’s family in New York.
PETA is apparently not so happy about Paris Hilton’s newest pet - a pig which she named Princess Piglette. In fact, they really don’t like any of her pets at all.
A PETA spokesperson released a statement yesterday, blasting Paris for extensive pet collection. The spokesperson said,
The Chihuahuas, ferrets, and kinkajous she’s paraded through her home in the past were not accessories, and pot-bellied pigs aren’t either.
The statement also called Paris’ personal zoo a “wretched example” for her young impressionable fans.

Paris Twittered about the pig, which she picked out from a breeder in Oregon earlier today. Paris named the new addition Miss Pigelette, and she will be hand delivered by the breeders, Patty’s Royal Dandie in the near future.
We have no idea what Paris intends to do with the swine once it is in her possession.
Nick Lachey, who gave Jessica Simpson her dog Daisy before their divorce, finally spoke out yesterday about Daisy’s horrific death-by-coyote a few weeks ago. Nick said,
I think a lot of people forget that Daisy was my dog too — for years. I didn’t reach out to her. I’m sure she was upset … I was upset … It was sad to hear that happened, but it’s part of the cycle of life.
Jessica sent out a doggy amber alert after Daisy’s disappearance last month, and some dog detective group called thousands of neighbors and plastered the neighborhood with missing dog signs. Unfortunately, Daisy was never found.
