Brad Paisley was transported to Charleston hospital on Saturday night, after he tripped and fell during his performance in South Carolina.
He spent the night in the hospital and was released on Sunday morning when a CAT scan came back normal. Brad reported on his twitter that he was badly bruised but suffered no broken bones.

Spencer supposedly tried to bite down on a rope while playing with his dog, but accidentally missed the rope and bit his own tongue. He was forced to get stitches, and will unfortunately be unable to talk for the next few days.
Tila Tequila was dramatically rushed to the hospital over the weekend after she slammed her head into a wall (on purpose?).

Former Desperate Housewives actress, Nicollette Sheridan was hospitalized recently after falling from a horse near her San Fernando Valley home.
The actress was reportedly riding her horse bareback in the rain without a riding helmet when she was bucked off the animal. Her husband rushed her to the hospital, where she was treated for a head wound and tested for possible internal injuries. She is now recovering at home.
O.J. Simpson is apparently not faring well behind bars. The former football player was recently transported to the hospital after suffering a beating at the Las Vegas prison where he’s currently serving time.
Sources say that the fight was over racial issues.
Update: We’re now hearing that these reports are false. No official word yet though.
Weezer frontman, Rivers Cuomo was injured early this morning when his tour bus slid on ice and crashed into a ditch on the New York State Thruway.
He was transferred to St. Mary’s Hospital in Amsterdam, NY, where he was treated for rib pain. Rivers’ wife and daughter who were also on the bus were uninjured, but a fourth unidentified passenger was taken to the hospital after complaining of pain.
According to the bus driver, the vehicle slid on ice around 7:30 this morning, and hit some reflective posts before going over a guardrail and ending up in a ditch. They were travelling from Toronto, Ontario to Boston, Massachusetts for a show at the Agganis Arena at BU.
No word yet on Rivers’ current condition. Drugs and alcohol were not suspected to be a factor.
Update: According to Rivers’ assistant, the singer fractured two ribs and a lower vertebrae in the accident. Weezer has just canceled all of their December tour dates to give Rivers time to heal from his injuries.
Tiger Woods has reportedly told a close source that contrary to previous reports, the facial lacerations that he was treated for yesterday were caused by his wife, and not his car accident.
According to the source, Tiger’s wife Elin Nordegren scratched his face after confronting him about the cheating allegations that were reported a few days ago. During their heated argument, Elin reportedly grabbed a golf club, and chased Tiger out of their home. When he tried to escape her in his car, Elin ran after the car, and smashed the golf club into it several times before Tiger hit a fire hydrant and bumped into a tree.
He was taken to the hospital where he was treated and later released.
Rachel Uchitel, the woman that Tiger was said to have been sleeping with has denied the affair. According to her, the sources that reported the story to the National Enquirer were each given $25,000 to tell their story.
The Florida Highway Patrol plans to interview Tiger about the incident today.
Sean Connery is recovering at his home in the Bahamas after undergoing surgery on his shoulder which failed to properly heal after a dislocation.
The problem wasn’t serious, but Sean decided to go back to a New York hospital for the operation because the problem was keeping him from being able to play golf. Sean is now feeling well and is expected to make a full recovery.

Kim detailed the terrible experience on her blog today, revealing that the fight landed her wimpy brother Rob in the hospital with a concussion. She herself got away with only a black eye.

Kelly Osbourne was reportedly taken to the hospital right after last night’s Dancing With The Stars performance. Sources say that the buckle on Kelly’s shoe somehow seriously hurt her foot.
She was seen performing the group dance barefoot, before being rushed off to the hospital for treatment.
Leona Lewis was rushed to a hospital today, after a man, who had waited patiently in line at her book signing, punched her in the face when it was his turn.
Five bodyguards contained the attacker, and Leona was taken to the emergency room, where she was treated for injuries. The man was arrested by police shortly after.
A friend of Leona’s described the attack to reporters today, saying,
Leona was utterly shocked and appalled as it came out of nowhere. The man queued up patiently, then as soon as she signed his book he smashed her in the face. He didn’t say anything to her and she is at a loss as to why anyone would do such an evil thing.
She is devastated as she comes from quite a humble background and loves meeting her fans. She was doing a three-hour signing and planned to sign hundreds of books.
Leona’s rep released a statement today, apologizing to the fans who were unable to have their books signed due to the incident.
Rumor has it that Tori Spelling’s evil mom Candy Spelling is currently wrapped up in a full body cast after undergoing neck surgery to fix some mobility problems that she was having with her right hand.
According to TMZ, Candy will be confined to her mummitastic prison for the next two weeks or so. She will be unable to leave her bed the entire time.
That actor who played Shaggy in the straight-to-DVD movie Scooby-Doo, chopped off his thumb on a table saw yesterday afternoon.
According to TMZ, Nick Palatas was trying to cut a piece of wood when the saw hit a knot and jumped, lopping off about half of his right thumb. He called 911, and was taken to the hospital in an ambulance. Nick’s mother brought the thumb to the hospital on his request, but doctors were unable to sew it back on.
Nick is now thumbless while he awaits word from a plastic surgeon about the possibility of a thumb transplant.
Conan O’Brien fell while racing Teri Hatcher during a taping of The Tonight Show the other day. He suffered a concussion, but he’s now doing fine.
More importantly, you should probably watch the video above because Teri Hatcher wears a shiny skin-tight unitard, and her boobs bounce all over the place.
Jayde Nicole is trying to milk Joe Francis. It probably won’t work though. Brody Jenner’s girlfriend just filed a lawsuit against the boob douche, claiming that he assaulted her at a club last month.
She’s accusing Joe of pulling her hair, shoving her, and throwing her to the ground. Unfortunately for her, sources say that surveillance tapes taken in the club prove otherwise.
