Simon Monjack is already starting to return the money that he stole from fans using the Brittany Murphy Foundation last month.

It was discovered shortly after Simon began soliciting donations that the foundation was not registered as a charity with the government, as required by law.

Fortunately, very few people decided to actually make donations through the Pay Pal address provided by Simon, and those who did will be getting their money back. The grand total for donations collected was only around $800. No word yet on whether or not Pay Pal will refund Simon their ridiculous fees.

Bristol Palin Is Getting That Child Support

bristol_palin_2

Bristol Palin’s lawyer filed papers to have subpoenas issued to CNN, Playgirl, Entertainment Tonight, The Insider, Star Magazine, and the National Enquirer yesterday, after he caught Levi Johnston lying about his income in court last week.

Levi had originally told the court that he was unable to make his $1,688.42 monthly child support payments because even though his income last year was $101,000, he had earned less than $10,000 annually in prior years. Bristol’s lawyer disproved the $10,000 figure yesterday, by coming up with a 2008 pay stub issued to Levi from a construction company for $18,594.50.

Bristol’s lawyer then had subpoenas issued to a number of companies that worked with Levi last year, to figure out whether or not he was lying about his 2009 income as well.

Levi Johnston: I’m Just A Starving Actor

levi_johnston_tripp

Levi Johnston is officially trying to get himself out of paying the $1,750 per month in child support that his babymomma Bristol Palin is asking for.

His lawyer filed papers in court yesterday, insisting that even though Levi made $105,000 last year, his current income is “erratic”, and probably won’t come anywhere close to that again.

Levi, who agreed to pay a lump sum of 20% of his adjusted gross income from last year, said that his only guaranteed paycheck so far this year has been the $25,000 that he earned from his Playgirl photo shoot.

The court documents continued on to paint the following picture of Levi’s future:

Levi Johnston stands before this court as a 19-year-old with good hopeful for an entertainment career but the chances of increased income are as unknowable as it would be for any young person working his way into the entertainment industry: not particularly good.

According to the suit, Hugh had two opportunities to sell Playboy over the past six months, but he sabotaged both deals in order to avoid having to give up his own lavish lifestyle, reality TV show, and plethora of beautiful women.

The lawsuit noted that the Playboy stock sold for $36 per share in 1999, but sells for only $3.14 today. The plaintiffs are now seeking unspecified damages.

According to his income and expense declaration on his divorce filing, he’s currently making about $49,343 per month, and is actually spending very little of it on himself. He apparently only budgets $250 for food each month, but gives $4,100 to charity.
