Kate Winslet and director Sam Mendes are headed for divorce, according to their lawyers. They released a statement today saying,
The split is entirely amicable and is by mutual agreement. Both parties are fully committed to the future joint parenting of their children.
These two have a six-year-old son named Joe together. Kate also has a daughter named Mia from her marriage to director Jim Threapleton.
Emma Watson and her boyfriend of two years, Jay Barrymore have reportedly called it quits.
According to sources, the couple were unable to make the relationship work with Emma at school in the US and Jay working in the UK.
Emma has reportedly moved on to Rafael Cebrian, a classmate of hers at Brown University. Rafael has even convinced Emma to take a role in the school’s production of Chekhov’s Three Sisters. Sources say that Emma and Rafael are now “virtually inseparable”.

Michael Lohan’s ex-girlfriend Erin Muller is claiming today that her father found a tracking device on her car while he was checking for an oil leak two weeks ago, and she believes that Michael (of course) was responsible for installing the device.
The cops have now opened up a felony eavesdropping case on the incident, and Erin is planning to have her home swept for more bugs. When asked, Michael insisted that Erin was “full of crap”.
Dennis Hopper’s wife Victoria, who is reportedly broke, filed papers in court yesterday to try to keep herself from becoming homeless after being kicked out of her dwelling by her husband who is currently near death. Victoria tried to argue in court that her prenup with Dennis only required her to vacate one of the homes on his property, giving her the legal right to move herself into another one of Dennis’ homes.
Victoria also requested via a letter to Dennis’ lawyer that she be allowed to keep a toothbrush, a cotton ball holder, some chip clips, and several other valuable items that she claimed were hers. Dennis’ lawyer told reporters that he found the whole thing to be “extremely confusing”.
According to a woman named Tanya Douglas, The Bachelor’s Jake Pavelka isn’t as squeaky clean as he seems - by a long shot.
Tanya told Radar Online today that Jake, who dated her for a year an a half before the show, contacted her recently (after the show wrapped), and told her that he was still in love with her, and that he really didn’t care about any of the women - including his top pick and current fiancee, Vienna Girardi. She also opened up about Jake’s deceptive nature, saying,

The book claims that Angelina had slept with Mick a number of times during her marriage to Jonny Lee Miller (and his marriage to Jerry Hall), and then again shortly after her split from Billy Bob Thornton. This info supposedly comes from some of Angelina’s “friends” and her mother’s ex-boyfriend. Jenny also reveals a relationship between Angelina and Colin Farrell in 2004. That apparently ended when Angelina felt that Colin’s drinking was becoming a bad influence on her son Maddox.
The book also claims that Angelina and Brad will have a total of 13 kids.
Workers were reportedly spotted unloading some unidentified objects out of a large truck and into Tiger Woods’ house yesterday afternoon, prompting speculation that Tiger’s wife Elin was moving herself (hiring people to move her, rather) back in.
As reported yesterday, Elin was seen hugging her husband in the backyard of the home, and Tiger had supposedly asked her to move back into the house by the weekend.
Tiger Woods’ wife Elin is reportedly moving herself out of her guest house, and back in to the family’s Florida home.
Radar Online is reporting that Elin spent three hours in the backyard of the house with Tiger yesterday, and the nosy neighbors even spotted them hugging and kissing on the cheek. Tiger is now pressuring Elin to move back in this weekend.
Blake Fielder-Civil is reportedly refusing to re-marry Amy Winehouse unless she agrees to go to rehab.
Blake, who recently completed a treatment program himself for drug addiction, had admitted in the past to introducing Amy to crack cocaine and heroin.
