According to reports, Kate Winslet is planning to pack her kids up and move them back to the UK where her parents and best friend Emma Thompson currently live.

Even though her kids are currently in school in New York, Kate is apparently really upset over her impending divorce to Sam Mendes, and is hoping that the support system back home will help her to cope with her situation.

According to a friend of Kate’s, the couple broke up because Sam decided that he couldn’t be with the same woman for the rest of his life.

Word has it that Sandra Bullock moved herself out of the home that she shares with her husband Jesse James on Monday - that’s two days before a tattoo model named Michelle “Bombshell” McGee came forward claiming to have had an affair with Jesse.

Michelle claimed yesterday that she and Jesse had enjoyed an 11-month-long affair which started while Sandra was filming The Blind Side in Georgia. She insisted that she thought Jesse was separated from his wife, and that he had told her that his marriage was just for publicity.

Kate Winslet and director Sam Mendes are headed for divorce, according to their lawyers. They released a statement today saying,

The split is entirely amicable and is by mutual agreement. Both parties are fully committed to the future joint parenting of their children.

Shaquille O’Neal and his wife Shaunie have finally come to an agreement over who will be responsible for dividing up their property, custody, and finances.

The former couple have agreed to allow the Florida courts to rule on their property and division of finances, and the California courts to deal with child custody issues.

Dennis Hopper’s wife Victoria, who is reportedly broke, filed papers in court yesterday to try to keep herself from becoming homeless after being kicked out of her dwelling by her husband who is currently near death. Victoria tried to argue in court that her prenup with Dennis only required her to vacate one of the homes on his property, giving her the legal right to move herself into another one of Dennis’ homes.

Victoria also requested via a letter to Dennis’ lawyer that she be allowed to keep a toothbrush, a cotton ball holder, some chip clips, and several other valuable items that she claimed were hers. Dennis’ lawyer told reporters that he found the whole thing to be “extremely confusing”.

Chynna Phillips, fresh out of rehab, reportedly filed for divorce from her husband Billy Baldwin on Friday, but then retracted her petition on Sunday. According to a source,

Chynna has gone under a lot of personal and professional stress. The divorce petition came after a long and emotional build-up. But once it was filed, she realised she didn’t want to lose Billy and asked her lawyers to withdraw it.

Gossip Girl star, Matthew Settle is reportedly planning to divorce his wife Naama Nativ in the near future.

The actor was spotted out partying with an unidentified woman at club SL in NYC the day before Valentine’s Day, and according to sources, he hasn’t been wearing his wedding ring since at least February 11th.

Matthew and Naama have been married since 2006, and have a baby daughter together.

Looks like Dennis Hopper was thinking with his brain, and not something else when he married his wife Victoria 14 years ago - this according to their iron-clad prenup which was unsealed by a judge in their divorce case yesterday.

According to the document, when the couple divorces, Dennis will get to keep his pension and retirement, expensive art, and all of his homes across the country. Victoria will get to take her two computers, books, grandma’s furniture, and her 1973 VW Karmann Ghia.

She’ll be required to move herself and all of her stuff out of their home by the middle of next month.

Victoria Hopper was issued a restraining order earlier today, legally requiring her to stay at least 10 yards away from her husband Dennis Hopper, his son Henry, his daughter Marin, and his assistant, Emily Davis.

Dennis’ wife was also ordered to stay away from every part of the actor’s Venice, CA compound - except for the small unit where she is currently living. She’ll be required to leave the unit as well by March 11th.

The judge also granted Dennis visitation rights to his daughter Galen between 5 and 7 PM each day. Finally, Victoria was given the right to take their eight-year-old car.

According to court documents, Hugh Hefner’s divorce from his wife Kimberly Hefner will be finalized on March 11.

The couple have reportedly already finished dividing up their assets.

When Dennis Hopper filed for divorce from his wife Victoria last week, he asked for joint custody of their 6-year-old daughter Galen, but now it looks like Victoria is doing everything that she can to make sure that that doesn’t happen.

She filed legal papers in court today, accusing Dennis of smoking medical marijuana in front of Galen, leaving loaded guns within the kid’s reach, and threatening to kill Victoria if she ever attempted to leave him.

The papers also stated that Victoria didn’t believe that Dennis really wanted a divorce. Instead, she blamed his family members for forcing him to file in order to cut her out of his will.

The FBI has been put on the Jon Cryer threat case, after Jon told cops last Friday that he believed his soon-to-be ex-wife Lisa Joyner may have hired a hitman to kill him.

The former couple are currently embroiled in a bitter custody battle for their adopted baby daughter Daisy. So far, the FBI has no suspects in the case. Last week, Lisa told reporters that she was unaware of any threat against her husband.
