Zachary Loring, a man arrested for showing up unannounced to Audrina Patridge’s house, has just been charged with one count of felony stalking and three misdemeanor counts of violating a court order.
Audrina was granted a three-year restraining order against Zachary last September, but he was arrested when he showed up to Audrina’s home three times after the order was in place.
Zachary is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday.
Evander Holyfield’s wife, Candi asked a judge yesterday to cancel a protective order that she had filed against her husband earlier this month.
The order claimed that the former boxer had hit Candi in the face, back, and back of her head after she complained that the heat had been cut off in her home, and that their kids were cold.
The order was dropped yesterday, according to court officials in Fayette County, GA, and the former couple will now no longer need to appear in court over the matter.
Frances Bean Cobain’s restraining order against her mother, Courtney Love was extended by a judge yesterday. The order will now ban Courtney from contacting her daughter until April 9th.
Frances, who turns 18 in August, is currently living with her paternal grandmother, Wendy O’Connor and aunt Kimberly Dawn Cobain.
Victoria Hopper was issued a restraining order earlier today, legally requiring her to stay at least 10 yards away from her husband Dennis Hopper, his son Henry, his daughter Marin, and his assistant, Emily Davis.
Dennis’ wife was also ordered to stay away from every part of the actor’s Venice, CA compound - except for the small unit where she is currently living. She’ll be required to leave the unit as well by March 11th.
The judge also granted Dennis visitation rights to his daughter Galen between 5 and 7 PM each day. Finally, Victoria was given the right to take their eight-year-old car.
Kim Kardashian’s temporary restraining order against an alleged stalker named Dennis Shaun Bowman was made permanent in court today.
Dennis is being accused of following Kim across the country, showing up at her public appearances wearing Joker face paint, and threatening to attack her boyfriend Reggie Bush.
The restraining order will be valid until 2013.
After some deep thinking, Michael Lohan finally agreed to drop the restraining order violation charges against his ex-girlfriend Erin Muller on Monday. He told Radar Online,
After speaking to my pastors and lots of thought and prayer, I have decided to drop all charges against her… Regardless of the lies and accusations, I am not going to judge her. My Pastors are right. According to Erin’s lawyer however, Michael’s accusations were all lies anyways, as Erin had never violated the restraining order by contacting Michael.

Randy and Evi Quaid’s former private investigator is reportedly planning to file a restraining order against the couple in court on Wednesday.
Becky Altringer, who worked for the couple until they had a falling out in June, is accusing the dynamic duo of harassing her and making violent threats against her over the phone. She’s hoping that a judge will bar the couple from making any sort of contact with her in the future.
A man named Ramiro Benitez filed a temporary restraining order against Paris Hilton on Wednesday, claiming that Paris sexually, physically, and financially assaulted him on numerous occasions.
The assaults supposedly began in 1997 when Paris was 15. Ramiro also asked for protection for his 14-year-old son and 7-year-old daughter.
Surprisingly, the restraining order was denied, but a hearing to review the case again was set for next month.
Rielle Hunter pretty much just admitted to the existence of her pregnant sex tape with John Edwards today, as she’s currently in court trying to block Edwards’ former aide, Andrew Young from releasing the tape which according to her is “a personal video recording that depicted matters of a very private and personal nature”.
Edwards’ former mistress and mother of his illegitimate child is trying to get a temporary restraining order which will prohibit Young from even possessing the video. According to the bid for the restraining order, the tape isn’t the only embarrassing item that Young currently has possession of. There are also supposedly some special pictures that Rielle is trying to keep from leaking to the public.
Kim Kardashian was granted a restraining order earlier this week against Dennis Shaun Bowman, a 25-year-old man who had allegedly been stalking her on Twitter since October of last year.
According to court documents, Dennis had been sending Kim messages for months, telling her he was in love with her and wanted to marry her. He later began showing up at her promotional appearances with “Joker” face paint on in an attempt to meet her. He even moved from Georgia to California, and challenged Kim’s boyfriend Reggie Bush to a duel for her heart.
Dennis is now required to stay 500 yards away from Kim, and refrain from contacting her in any way.
A judge has just signed an emergency order, granting Charlie Sheen the legal right to communicate with his estranged wife, Brooke Mueller, who is currently in the hospital being treated for pneumonia.
The order will only be valid for the time that Brooke is in the hospital, and Brooke will have the right to terminate it at any time if she so wishes.
The protective order was originally issued against Charlie after he allegedly assaulted Brooke last month. He asked the judge to relax the order earlier today to give him the opportunity to help care for Brooke in the hospital.
After Courtney Love posted a mostly-unintelligible rant about her daughter Frances Bean on her Facebook yesterday, a judge reportedly issued a temporary restraining order, prohibiting Courtney from having any contact with Frances.
The entire ordeal began last week when Courtney lost custody of Frances to her paternal grandmother, Wendy O’Connor, and aunt, Kimberly Dawn Cobain. According to Courtney’s rep, Frances was the one who chose to move in with her grandmother.
The temporary restraining order is set to be made permanent during a hearing scheduled for January 5.
Barry Williams, who played Greg Brady on The Brady Bunch back in the day, has just been granted a restraining order against his ex-girlfriend Elizabeth Kennedy, who he claimed began pulling a string of crazy antics in August of this year.
According to Barry’s legal docs, the nuts started rolling when Elizabeth lost a beauty contest in August, and began threatening to kill herself. A few months later, Elizabeth accused Barry of having an affair with a co-star, and tried unsuccessfully to attack him with a kitchen knife. Elizabeth also allegedly stole Barry’s PINs, and withdrew $29,000 from his Wells Fargo bank accounts.
Elizabeth is now required to move out of Barry’s apartment, and stay at least 100 yards away from him.
A man accused of stalking Jennifer Garner was arrested for violating his restraining order yesterday, after he was found hanging out around Jennifer’s daughter Violet’s school.
Jennifer originally had a restraining order issued against Steven Burkey last month when Steven began sending her letters and packages, and following her across the country. According to Jennifer, Steven, who first began following her in 2002, expressed to her recently that God had sent him to kill her in some way.
A judge denied Yvette Monet’s request to turn a temporary restraining order against her ex-boyfriend Verne Troyer into a permanent one yesterday, after determining that Verne was not a threat to her safety.
Yvette originally accused Verne of calling her a hooker and threatening her over the phone. She also told the judge that she was afraid that Verne would send a friend out to kill her.
Verne vehemently denied all of the allegations, and the judge sided with him after reviewing the evidence.
