Whitney Houston’s lawyer Marty Singer has shot down a new National Enquirer report that claimed the singer was on her way to rehab. Marty released a statement today insisting that Whitney is actually heading to Paris to continue her world tour.

The Enquirer story alleged that Whitney was in need of rehab after collapsing backstage during one of her shows. Marty said of the claim,

It is ironic that at the same time that the Enquirer claims it is deserving of a Pulitzer for journalism [for breaking the John Edwards-Rielle Hunter affair story], the tabloid is continuously publishing stories comprised of brazen lies cobbled together from claims made from anonymous sources.

Whitney is not headed to rehab. She is headed to Paris, where she will be continuing her world tour

Rumor had it yesterday that Jennifer Hudson was expecting a new baby - just 4 months after popping out the last one. Today, her rep insisted otherwise however, by releasing a statement saying,

Contrary to what has been falsely reported, Jennifer Hudson is not pregnant. Jennifer leaves in April for South Africa where she will portray Winnie Mandela in the feature film, Winnie.

It is a commitment she is excited about and takes very seriously

Jennifer is currently in the studio recording her second album and this is the only delivery she is looking forward to in 2010.

Jessica Simpson’s lawyers are reportedly putting together a legal case against Star Magazine for the Tiger Woods hook-up story that they published in yesterday’s issue. According to Jessica’s publicist,

The only thing that’s true in the story is the fact that they met. It was a quick meeting, and they posed for a photo together - that was it. Jessica’s lawyer is sending them (Star magazine) a letter this afternoon.

Jessica also personally denied the story on her Twitter yesterday, saying,

can’t believe that I’m on the cover of star magazine with Tiger Woods, what a JOKE! “The Shocking Inside Story” is (insert drumroll) A LIE!

Kevin Federline’s rep has just denied rumors that K-Fed impregnated his girlfriend Victoria Prince with his fifth child a few weeks ago.

The National Enquirer first reported the story last week, saying that Kevin, who currently has two kids with Shar Jackson, and two more with Britney Spears, was upset about the impending spawn. The rep insisted yesterday that the rumors were untrue.

Serial cheater, Eddie Cibrian is suing Life & Style magazine for their latest story, which accused him of cheating on LeAnn Rimes with Hollywood slut, Scheana Marie Jancan. Eddie’s rep released a statement yesterday, saying,

Unfortunately Life & Style Magazine has chosen to go out with a story filled with inaccuracies and deceitful lies, presumably to titillate sales, but clearly resulting in harm to Eddie Cibrian and others. This is irresponsible and reckless journalism. Eddie has met with his attorneys and will be filing a suit for libel and other actionable grounds shortly. It’s a shame that Life & Style resorted to a story of this nature and they will regretfully now have to face scrutiny of untruthful reporting in a court proceeding.

Joel Madden shot down those wedding reports on his blog today, saying,

I keep getting emails from old friends and family asking about a wedding. NO we didn’t get married.

Star Magazine first reported the rumor, claiming that Joel and Nicole Richie had tied the knot earlier this month in some mass wedding ceremony along with 45,000 other people around the world.

Rumor spread across the tubes the other day that Michael Jackson had been buried in an unmarked grave at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Joe Jackson debunked that rumor this morning however, saying that his family members hadn’t even settled on where to put the body.

They’re reportedly fighting over whether to bury Michael at Forest Lawn, or at Neverland Ranch near Santa Barbara. No word on the location of Michael’s brain.

Rumor has it that Raven Symone gave birth to a baby girl recently, but was so ashamed by the looks of it that she decided to send her rep out to deny that she had even been pregnant. The rep released a statement saying that Raven “is not pregnant nor did she give birth”.

Before being hidden away, the kid was named Lilianna Pearman. Baby daddy was allegedly actor Jussie Smollet, who old people might recall starred in Mighty Ducks and a little TGIF sitcom called On Our Own with his brothers and sisters in the 90’s. Just ignore the fact that the kid looks white, and both “parents” are black.

Sources over the weekend got a hold of, and leaked a copy of Michael Jackson’s official autopsy report to The Sun.  The results paint a gruesome image of Michael’s last days.

According to the L.A. County Coroner, Michael weighed in at 112 lbs, and was bald with just a bit of peach fuzz on his head.  His face was covered in cosmetic surgery scars, there were needle marks all over his body, and the bridge and right side of his nose were missing.  Michael’s knees and shins were also covered in unexplained bruises. His stomach was reportedly filled with nothing but a few pills, and there were four injections near his heart - probably from the adrenaline that his doctor used to attempt to revive him.  His ribs were also broken during resuscitation efforts.

Sources claimed last week that Michael died from a fatal injection of Demerol from his doctor, Conrad Murray, but the doctor, who was interviewed by investigators over the weekend, denied giving the pop star any drugs.

The Jackson family is now waiting on toxicology results, which are due to be completed in the next few weeks.

Update: This “leaked report” is reportedly a fake.

The mother of Michael Jackson’s two oldest kids, who was released of her non-disclosure agreement last week, took a little cash from News of the World to tell them that Michael wasn’t really the biological father of their kids.

She claimed that she offered the then depressed and lonely Michael a gift by agreeing to carry a few babies for him though artificial insemination. The sperms were purchased from anonymous donors.

Debbie, who described herself as a bad mother, told the publication that she had no plans to take the kids back. A number of other people have come forward, however, expressing interest in fighting for custody.

Update: Debbie has just sent her lawyer out to deny that she ever did this interview.

David Beckham’s been getting an awful lot of court-ordered apologies lately.  The latest one came today from The Daily Star for publishing an interview with Hungarian topless model Mariann Fogarasy (pictured above) who claimed earlier this year that she was having an affair with the married soccer player.

Mariann bragged to tabloids in May that David had flirted with her after she snuck into the interview area of a stadium before a game in Hungary.  According to crazy chick,

I got myself an official Milan shirt, and I went to the stadium hours before the game. I found an Italian TV crew, and I pretended I’d tripped over their cables.

When they helped me, I started to tag along with them until finally I got hold of an official pass from them. And when they entered the stadium and did interviews and pictures with the stars, of course, I was there too.

Beckham squeezed my elbow for a moment and smiled. Then I put my business card into his pocket. I knew he must have felt it. And in fact an email arrived today, saying that just in case I’d be in Milan next week, I’m invited to the club’s party. Luckily, I’ll be shooting in Milan next week.

The paper was found guilty today of publishing Mariann’s defamatory allegations against David. They were ordered to pay libel damages, and issue an apology for embarrassing David and his family.

People Magazine is reporting that Leonardo DiCaprio and Bar Rafaeli have broken up, but reliable sources close to the couple are denying the claim.

The pair were spotted buying stuff together at an L.A. Bookstore just yesterday.

Just a few weeks after being admitted to the hospital for pneumonia, Patrick Swayze has reportedly given up his chemotherapy treatments on the advice of his doctors. The actor, who has been battling pancreatic cancer, was told to stop all medical treatment after his doctors decided the chemo was not working to slow the spread of his disease.

According to reports from his family, Patrick is very weak, and doctors are now focusing on keeping him comfortable.

Update: Entertainment Tonight is reporting that these reports are false, and that Patrick is still continuing with his treatments.

In Touch reported this morning that Zooey Deschanel got recently engaged to boyfriend, AFI bassist, Hunter Burgan. The tab screwed up one important fact though. Zooey is engaged, but not to Hunter. She’s actually marrying Death Cab’s Ben Gibbard. Same difference, I guess.

Tom Brady asked his girlfriend Gisele Bundchen to marry him on a private jet yesterday during a flight from New Jersey to Boston.

TMZ is reporting that Tom’s parents were present on the plane where he proposed with a bottle of champagne and four-dozen white roses.

Gisele accepted the proposal, and rumors are flying that the pair will be getting hitched at Tavern on the Green in NYC, where they were seen wedding planning in October.

Update: Tom’s dad, who was supposedly on that plane when Tom proposed says he did not know about the proposal, so either Tom and Gisele are not really engaged, or they are, and Tom’s dad is totally clueless.
