According to reports, Kate Winslet is planning to pack her kids up and move them back to the UK where her parents and best friend Emma Thompson currently live.

Even though her kids are currently in school in New York, Kate is apparently really upset over her impending divorce to Sam Mendes, and is hoping that the support system back home will help her to cope with her situation.

According to a friend of Kate’s, the couple broke up because Sam decided that he couldn’t be with the same woman for the rest of his life.

Word has it that Jesse James’ alleged mistress Michelle “Bombshell” McGee was paid around $30,000 by In Touch for her story.

One source claimed that mother of two had the affair and then went public about it all as part of a plan to get famous. The source added that contrary to her claims, Michelle was fully aware that Jesse and his wife Sandra Bullock were still together at the time.

Michelle is a former Amish girl who left the church at aged 16 to pursue a career as a tattoo model in California. She approached Jesse about a year ago about modeling for his company West Coast Choppers, and soon ended up sleeping with him.

Sandra reportedly learned of the affair when In Touch called her publicist on Monday, letting her know that they would be running the story about the affair. Sandra moved out of the family home later that day.

Jenna Jameson was forced to undergo surgery to remove three fetus’ on Tuesday. She announced the news on her Twitter saying,

Had surgery today for a double ectopic pregnancy iIlso had a pregnancy in my uterus.This is so insane.I just wanted to get this off my chest

An ectopic pregnancy is one that occurs abnormally outside of the uterus. Jenna is now recovering from her surgery.

Whitney Houston’s lawyer Marty Singer has shot down a new National Enquirer report that claimed the singer was on her way to rehab. Marty released a statement today insisting that Whitney is actually heading to Paris to continue her world tour.

The Enquirer story alleged that Whitney was in need of rehab after collapsing backstage during one of her shows. Marty said of the claim,

It is ironic that at the same time that the Enquirer claims it is deserving of a Pulitzer for journalism [for breaking the John Edwards-Rielle Hunter affair story], the tabloid is continuously publishing stories comprised of brazen lies cobbled together from claims made from anonymous sources.

Whitney is not headed to rehab. She is headed to Paris, where she will be continuing her world tour

Jesse James has just issued a statement, apologizing to his wife Sandra Bullock and his three children for his actions over the past year. Although he never directly admits to cheating on Sandra with tattoo model, Michelle “Bombshell” McGee, he does blame himself for something - we’re just not sure what.

His vague statement reads:

The vast majority of the allegations reported are untrue and unfounded. Beyond that, I will not dignify these private matters with any further public comment.

There is only one person to blame for this whole situation, and that is me. It’s because of my poor judgment that I deserve everything bad that is coming my way.

This has caused my wife and kids pain and embarrassment beyond comprehension and I am extremely saddened to have brought this on them. I am truly very sorry for the grief I have caused them. I hope one day they can find it in their hearts to forgive me.

Heidi Montag has reportedly already fired that psychic who somehow convinced her to hire him as her manager.

Apparently, Heidi gave Aiden Chase the boot after he popped up on the set of The Hills, and demanded that she pay him part of her salary. One source added that contrary to popular belief, Aiden did not help Heidi to secure her cameo in the comedy, Just Go With It.

No word yet on who Heidi will choose as a replacement.

Back in 2004, Jersey Shore’s Snooki (real name Nicole Polizzi) was reportedly charged for selling alcohol to minors at a house party, which ultimately led to the drunk driving death of her classmate Michael Truncali.

According to Radar Online, Michael died after crashing his Mazda while leaving the party on Thanksgiving morning. His blood alcohol level was .18 - more than twice the legal limit. The party took place at Snooki’s mother’s house, and even though she was home at the time of the event, she was not charged in the case.

Michelle and Bill Truncali - Michael’s parents have reportedly come forward, because even though they have accepted that their son was to blame for his own death, they are upset over the glorification of alcohol in Jersey Shore. Bill told Radar Online, “I want to see the truth come out. If this brings some exposure to the problem and if it stops this from happening to someone else, that is a good thing”.

Two other people at the party were also charged in the case.

Jesse James’ wife just left him, but he has more important things to worry about. His dog Cinnabun has just gone missing for the second time this year.

The microchipping company, HomeAgain has just sent out an alert to Long Beach-area residents, asking for their help in finding Cinnabun. According to the email, “Cinnabun was last seen wearing an orange, printed collar with her name and phone number.”

Interesting enough, Cinnabun went missing on Monday - the same day that Jesse’s wife Sandra Bullock moved herself out of their Long Beach home.

The Rottweiler that mauled to death the daughter of Ax Men star, Jesse Browning has been euthanized, according to reports.

The dog attacked and killed 4-year-old Ashlynn Browning at her family’s home in Oregon last month. An investigation into the incident is currently being conducted.

Word has it that Sandra Bullock moved herself out of the home that she shares with her husband Jesse James on Monday - that’s two days before a tattoo model named Michelle “Bombshell” McGee came forward claiming to have had an affair with Jesse.

Michelle claimed yesterday that she and Jesse had enjoyed an 11-month-long affair which started while Sandra was filming The Blind Side in Georgia. She insisted that she thought Jesse was separated from his wife, and that he had told her that his marriage was just for publicity.

Jesse and Sandra have been married since 2005.

According to the California Attorney General A.G. Jerry Brown, pharmacy records show that Corey Haim purchased thousands of pills from several dozen different doctors over the past year.

As previously reported, paramedics found four prescriptions from one psychiatrist at the scene of his death. His death has not yet been ruled an overdose.

Jason Wahler has been released from the Mexican jail where he was being held last week after getting in to a fight at a bar in Cabo.

According to the Consulate, Jason was asked to sign a document which will keep him from revealing the terms of his release. As far as we know, no charges were filed in the case. Jason is now back in L.A.

Michael Lohan announced to Radar Online yesterday that his daughter Lindsay had texted him in the hospital, saying “OMG. Hope you are okay”, after hearing of his heart attack.

He added that his girlfriend Kate Major had spent the night in the hospital, and other friends and family members also (for some reason) came out to support him through his ordeal. He blamed the stress of spending years as a “young stockbroker in New York” as the reason for his heart problems.

Yesterday, he underwent an angioplasty and had stents put in place in an attempt to unblock his coronary arteries. He told Radar Online,

I’ve been through a lot in my life, been to jail, various court cases, even drove my Ferrari over a cliff once, so, it’s going to take a lot more than this to finish me off!

Shawn Pyfrom from Desperate Housewives ran over an elderly man with his car in the San Fernando Valley yesterday afternoon.

Apparently, the man made a sudden turn while riding his bike the wrong way down the street, prompting Shawn to collide into him. Shawn stopped his car and helped the man until paramedics arrived. No word yet on the man’s condition. So far no one has been issued a ticket for the incident.
