Britney Spears’ ex boyfriend Adnan Ghalib was sentenced to 45 days behind bars, 36 months probation, 52 weeks of anger management courses, and 45 days of hard labor today for leaving the scene of an accident after he ran over a process server with his car back in February.

Adnan was originally charged with three felonies for hit and run, battery, and assault with a deadly weapon. As part of his plea deal, the two latter charges were dropped.

Adnan received credit for one day served, so he’ll only be required to do 44 more days in jail.

Looks like Jamie Spears will get to continue pulling Britney’s strings for a little while longer. Britney has just been ruled by a judge to be mentally unfit to testify against her father in a case brought by Britney’s former manager, Sam Lutfi ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib, and their lawyer Jon Eardley.

Sam, Adnan and Jon were hoping to get the singer to claim under oath that she had authorized them to try to legally block her father’s conservatorship over her. A judge shot down their request today though, declaring Britney not “mentally fit to make her own legal decisions”.

Finally, further proof supporting our theory that Britney Spears is a robot.

Adnan Ghalib’s going to have to get creative if he wants to get close to Britney Spears again any time soon. A Judge has just made the temporary restraining order against him permanent, ordering the paparazzo/former boyfriend of the pop star to stay away from her for at least the next three years.

The other dude that’s bugging Britney, Sam Lutfi is due in court on April 1 to learn his fate.

Both Adnan and Sam claim that they are just trying to free Britney from the evil grips of her conservator father.

Adnan Ghalib, who was arrested for three felony counts after running over a guy trying to serve him legal papers, has pleaded not guilty and is now free on $110,000 bail.

He was arraigned this morning in Van Nuys for assault with a deadly weapon, battery, and hit and run.

Though he’s now legally allowed to creep the streets, there’s one person he’s required to stay away from.  Britney Spears’ daddy, Jamie has just won his battle to extend the restraining orders he has out against Adnan and pal Sam Lutfi.  What’s the point in being out of prison if you can’t chit chat with Britney?

Looks like retraining orders are now the least of Adnan Ghalib’s problems. The former Britney enabler has just been charged with three felonies for running over some guy serving him legal papers earlier this month.

Adnan allegedly slammed into the unnamed man with his car, and hit the gas when the man landed on his hood. In a Jack Bauer-like move, the dude was able to jump off the moving vehicle, but unfortunately suffered cuts and bruises, and a broken wrist.

Britney Spears’ attempts to make communication with the outside world were thwarted once again when her stupid nanny overheard her talking on a cell phone, and ratted her out to daddy.

Jamie Spears testified in court yesterday, accusing Evil Sam Lutfi of sneaking Britney a prepaid cell phone and encouraging her to call him and Adnan Ghalib. Brit’s dad claimed that Sam and Adnan used the phone calls to attempt to destroy Jamie’s conservatorship over his robot daughter.  The Master Cheese Grit Maker is working on trying to convince the judge in the case to make his temporary retraining order against Sam and Adnan permanent.

Over the weekend, Britney Spears had restraining orders filed against Sam Lutfi, Adnan Ghalib, and their attorney Jon Eardley, and now details are coming to light about the story behind the filings.

Last week, Jon Eardley allegedly sent the following letter to Britney to try to convince her to fight her conservatorship in order to win custody of her sons.  The letter reads,

You may not be aware of the fact that your civil rights were violated.

I have developed a legal strategy for you that I am confident will turn everything around, and ultimately garner you full custody of your children within approximately 30 to 60 days.

They will not be happy until they have denied you your freedom and milked you for your last dime. The custody case, as you know, is nothing more than a flat out extortion scheme, with your children being used as pawns.

Your case will continue to spiral until they have denied you your freedom, your children and your assets.

All I want is to see you win. I do not want anything in return and am willing to volunteer my time with you to see to it that you are successful in this custody case. I am not interested in publicity, money, or anything other than seeing you obtain full custody of your children.

Please recognize that aside from some anxiety and depression, which are totally normal under these circumstances, there is nothing wrong with you, but that the court system routinely engages in character assassination to conceal its internal bias and to break you down.

What they ultimately want is to get you into a conservatorship; at that point, your freedom will be denied, giving them the full opportunity to steal all of your money and to deny you any access to your children.

Britney Spears supposedly asked her father Jamie to file a temporary restraining order against her ex-manager Sam Lutfi and ex-bf and paparazzo, Adnan Ghalib for conspiring together to challenge Jamie’s conservatorship over her life.

Adnan, Sam, and an attorney named John Eardley all allegedly claim that Britney wants to fight the conservatorship, but her dad says (supposedly on Britney’s behalf) that Britney is happy with the current arrangement. Court docs show that Britney has kept up her communication with Adnan recently, causing many to speculate that there may be some truth to Adnan’s story.

A hearing will be held on February 23 to review the temporary restraining order, which currently bans Adnan, Sam, and John Eardley from contacting Britney, her parents, and her sons.

We recently reported that Adnan Ghalib had been trying to sell a tape of him doing it with Britney Spears. Well now, Ghalib is taking it all back. He says,

There is no sex tape, and I’ve never claimed there is one. I don’t know where these quotes I’m supposed to have said have come from, what I do know is they certainly didn’t come from me and they are completely false. I’m extremely upset and distressed and I’m taking legal action… This story has caused a lot of hurt to my family and people close to me.

I’m pretty sure this whole change of heart included some sort of deal that involved Adnan “accidentally” winding up sleeping with fishes.

British photog Adnan Ghalib who dated Britney during her whole drugged up, shaved head, umbrella wielding breakdown is now saying that he has a 2-hour sex tape of himself doing it with the formerly trainwrecked singer.

Adnan is refusing to discuss any details about the tape until he can get some cash for the thing. He says,

There is such a tape, but I won’t discuss prices for hypothetical enquiries. Unless there is a locked-in deal, I will go no further.

A source is saying that the video features Adnan doing it with a pink-wigged Britney in Mexico. I think I had a nightmare like that once.

LoL. Now let me ask you this. Does the douchebag pictured above with the landing strip beard look like someone who can go at it for 2 hours? I’m thinking no, so my guess is that the vid probably features Brit mumbling incoherently for 1 hour and 57 minutes, and then Brit and Adnan doing it for the last three minutes while Adnan spends at least half that time raving about the size of his penis, which probably isn’t that big btw.
