Blake Fielder-Civil is reportedly refusing to re-marry Amy Winehouse unless she agrees to go to rehab.
Blake, who recently completed a treatment program himself for drug addiction, had admitted in the past to introducing Amy to crack cocaine and heroin.

Blake Fielder-Civil’s rep is blasting claims that his client hooked up with a 17-year-old transsexual Amy Winehouse impersonator a few months ago, saying,
Blake denies that he had a relationship with the person in question. They have only met once, there was no relationship.
The transsexual named Mia, came forward to tabloids earlier today, saying that she had slept with Blake for several months after meeting him during a night out with his guy friends in October. She claimed that Blake had no problem with her physical gender, and added that he was actually “fascinated with my Adam’s apple”. She said that she finally dumped Blake when he supposedly got engaged to to another girl named Sarah Aspin.
According to his rep, Blake is currently discussing his legal options regarding this matter with his lawyers.
Rumor has it that Amy Winehouse has proposed to her ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil, and that the pair are now planning to give things another go.
According to a friend of Blake’s, Amy is going to start wearing her engagement ring again, and wedding number two for crackhead 1 and crackhead 2 will supposedly take place in around 3 months - because Blake is currently stuck in Sheffield, South Yorkshire right now as part of his probation. Amy Winehouse’s family’s plan to keep Blake Fielder-Civil away by hiring a couple of security guards apparently failed miserably the other day. Rumor has it that Amy was able to sneak Blake into her house through her back window after a secret date night of dinner and drinks.
According to a source, the alcoholic+druggie couple met up on Friday night, had a romantic dinner and a few cocktails together, and then tip toed back to Amy’s pad, where two security guards were stationed at her front door. Amy successfully got Blake through the back window for a little “private time” with him. This was supposedly their first date in over a year.
Amy Winehouse brought on a lawsuit against her ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil’s mother Georgette for copyright infringement earlier today. In the suit, Amy accused Georgette of selling a love letter that she wrote to Blake while he was in prison for an undisclosed sum.
She’s demanding £50,000 in compensation. No word yet on what exactly was in said letter.

Now sources are coming out, however, saying that Blake has privately demanded a cool $9 million from his soon-to-be ex-wife - all because he inspired her to make her hit album Back To Black, which earned her millions in royalties.

A London High Court judge granted Amy Winehouse and her husband Blake Fielder-Civil a divorce on the grounds of her adultery earlier today.
In court papers, Blake who identified his occupation as “music video producer”, stated that he was asking for the split because he found Amy to be “intolerable”. He also claimed that Amy admitted to cheating on him last April.

After accusing his estranged wife Amy Winehouse of infidelity and demanding millions in damages, Blake has reportedly just found out that he’s having a baby with a woman that he met in rehab earlier this year.
31-year-old Gilleen Morris claims that she had sex multiple times with Blake while they were both staying at the Sheffield Rehabilitation Center. She’s now 6 weeks along with his crack baby. Gilleen, an unemployed mother of two, was getting treatment for her heroin addiction at the time of the fling, and considered aborting the baby until Blake convinced her otherwise.
In an interview with News of the World, Gilleen gave details on the pair’s private romp, saying,
He told me people used to go down to the communal lounge, nicknamed the snug, late at night to drink vodka and have sex. He asked me if I wanted to go down with him and said he’d keep a spot warm for me. I knew what he meant-and that was sex.
It was about 12.30am and Blake was already down in the snug. I felt a little bit embarrassed walking into the room because the other people there knew what I’d come down for.
We had a fag and then he put his lips to mine and started kissing me. We quickly stripped off and were touching each other. There wasn’t much talking, just kissing. Pretty quickly one thing led to another and we were soon having sex. Blake was quite good.
