Jermaine Jackson claimed during a Dutch TV interview yesterday that his son Jaafar had really only purchased the stun gun at the center of the latest Jackson controversy, as a thoughtful little present for him. He told the show,

He was getting this little thing for me. And somehow, someone alerted the press and it got out of hand. There was no encounter with Blanket or anything. It was just to create talk. But my son feels very, very bad because he had told me that he was going to get me something online and then before we left to come out here and somehow it just got out of hand, but Blanket is fine.

The Department of Children and Family Services is still investigating the incident.

In a statement yesterday, Katherine Jackson admitted that Jermaine Jackson’s son Jaafar had purchased a taser online and was caught playing with it in the bathroom. She insisted that Michael Jackson’s sons Blanket and Prince weren’t present in the room at the time, and that the gun was taken away by the family’s security team just minutes after Jaafar began using it.

Other sources are claiming however that Jaafar had the gun in his possession for several days, and that he had been using it to threaten Prince and Blanket.

The Jackson family also denied that there was another gun somewhere on the property. The DCFS is now investigating.

Prince, Paris, and Blanket Jackson’s security detail was involved in a car accident on the way to a karate class with the kids’ nanny Grace Rwaramba today. According to TMZ, a photographer accidentally rear-ended a car with the family’s security team inside. The photog, who was trying to follow the family at the time, left the scene of the accident immediately after the collision.

A hit-and-run report was taken by police. According to grampa Joe Jackson, the kids were not in the car that was hit, and no one was injured.

A whole load of opportunities are popping up for Michael Jackson’s three kids, now that they’re no longer required to wear masks and veils. Their latest gig will involve starring in the upcoming Jackson family reality show, The Jacksons: A Family Dynasty.

No word yet on who signed off on this deal, but we do know that aunt Rebbie is totally against the idea. According to sources, she thinks that Michael would “spin in his grave if he knew his kids would be on this show”. Aunt Janet and grandma Katherine are said to be ok with the whole thing.

Update: Katherine has just released a statement, saying hell no to these rumors. She’ll be respecting Michael’s wishes when it comes to the kids’ privacy.

Contrary to previous reports, Katherine Jackson won’t really be inheriting her son Michael’s estate.

According to legal documents, she will be provided for during her lifetime, but upon her death, the estate will be passed on to Michael’s three kids, Prince, Paris, and Blanket.

The kids currently own 40% of the estate. 20% is going to charity, and Katherine has the remaining 40%, which the kids will also get upon her death.

Rumor had it last month that Michael Jackson’s mom Katherine was considering sending her three grandchildren Prince, Paris, and Blanket to school, but now it looks like she’s decided against it.

Sources say that the kids will continue to be home-schooled for now, using the same teachers that they had before their dad’s death. To make up for the fact that the kids won’t be normal no matter what she does, Katherine’s planning to make her home more school-like, by renovating her yard to include a small volleyball court and other outdoor playground equipment so that the kids’ curriculum can include gym class.

Some unnamed source has just come forward, claiming that Macaulay Culkin is Michael Jackson’s youngest kid Blanket’s real father.

Michael made “friends” with the child star in the ’90s, and then later supposedly asked him for his sperm. This source even added,

This isn’t just chitter-chatter, even Culkin suspects he’s Blanket’s father. Really, Jackson idolised him - that’s why he asked Mack to donate sperm.

Deep down, I think he always wished Mack was his son. Creating Blanket was the next best thing.

Looks like Janet Jackson isn’t quite up to the task of inheriting three random kids. Sources are now saying that Michael Jackson’s other sister Rebbie is stepping up to the plate, offering to take in Prince, Paris, and Blanket.

Several sources say that Rebbie has even been staying with her mother Katherine in Encino, and caring for the kids day-to-day. Rebbie has been married to her husband for over 20 years, and has lived a very private life, compared to some of her siblings. The Jackson family members are reportedly all supporting the idea of having Rebbie take the kids in, even if Katherine is named their legal guardian.

OK Magazine has just won the award for the classiest tabloid cover of the week: “Be Our Mommy” - MJ’s kids reportedly said to their aunt Janet.

According to the mag, the kids spent a whole two weeks hanging out with Janet, during which time they grew so close with her that they no longer wanted anything to do with even grandma Katherine. Apparently all the Jackson siblings rallied behind the idea of giving Janet custody. They banded together this week to convince Katherine that she was too old and naive to take on the responsibility without evil Joe Jackson’s help. One “insider” told the mag,

Janet has completely bonded with those children in the last two weeks. She has been their rock. It’s clear to everyone that they are looking to her for comfort and guidance.

Janet is not only willing to raise those children, she is also the only relative who knows how to protect them. Janet knows the value of a private life and knows how to keep her personal life out of the news. She is determined to do that for Michael’s children. She is saying that he would want no less for them, pointing out how far he went to shelter them.

Biographer Ian Halperin has just released some exciting news: Michael Jackson’s father Joe is already making plans to send his three grandchildren on tour to continue Michael’s legacy. We should trust Ian because he says he’s getting the news from someone “extremely close to the family”.  He’s also the dude who back in December, predicted the exact month of Michael’s death.

According to Ian, Joe is already working on getting recording contracts for the more cooperative kids, Paris and Blanket. He’s still beating talking 12-year-old Prince into going along with the idea. Just to get geared up, he’s also started casually shopping around for backing bands to play with the kids.

Joe might hit a few road blocks turning his dream into a reality, however. Rumor has it that his wife Katherine and the biological mother of the kids, Debbie Rowe are teaming up to keep his hands off of the new potential money bags. Sources say that Debbie is even looking into possibly getting a restraining order to legally keep Joe away. If the women are unsuccessful, the Jackson 3’s world tour will begin in 2010.

The custody hearing for Michael Jackson’s three kids Prince, Paris, and Blanket was pushed back for a second time on Friday to give Michael’s mother Katherine and the kids’ biological mother Debbie Rowe more time to settle on an arrangement out of court.

It looks like Joe Jackson’s failure to keep his damn mouth shut may just well be the reason for the delay. Sources say that Katherine and Debbie have both expressed interest in keeping the kids away from Michael’s fame-loving father Joe, after his recent comments to ABC News about his interest in getting Paris and Blanket started in show biz ASAP. Michael famously accused Joe of forcing him to perform by relentlessly beating him back in the day.

The sources say that Debbie is open to giving Katherine custody of the kids provided that they have no contact with Joe. Katherine is even interested in reintroducing Debbie into the children’s lives, allowing her to have regular visits with Prince, Paris and Blanket.

Joe and Katherine are legally married, but apparently are no longer living together. A new custody hearing has been set for July 20.

Joe Jackson sat down with ABC News earlier today to answer some questions about Michael’s death. Naturally though, the conversation quickly turned to his plans for the future of Michael’s three kids Prince, Paris, and Blanket. He told ABC,

We should keep them all together and make them happy, and feed them like they’re supposed to be fed. And let them get rest, put them to sleep, and grow up to be strong Jacksons.

More importantly, Joe told ABC that he was excited about getting 11-year-old Paris and 7-year-old Blanket started in show business. According to him, Paris has showed an interest in performing, and Blanket has been praised for his dance skills. Apparently the elder Prince Michael has no talents worthy of mention.

Update: Interesting note here is that Joe Jackson was basically paid $200,000 to do this interview.

Yesterday we mentioned that some lady named Billie Jean Jackson would be heading to court on Monday to fight for custody of Michael Jackson’s youngest son, Blanket. Now, another woman named Princess Zaynab Nona Paris Lola bin Fahd bin Khalid al Saud (Nona for short) is also coming forward to claim Blanket, along with his brother Prince and sister Paris.

Nona filed a 93-page-long document in court today, asking for the immediate release of all of Michael’s money and assets into her possession.

According to Nona, she and Michael were married in 2005 in Saudi Arabia. She claimed in court today to be the mother of all three of Michael’s kids, as well as 12 other love-children that she currently has custody of.

Nona’s court papers included a long list of demands for the Jackson family regarding Michael’s kids and assets. According to the documents:

1. Family members are not allowed to ever cut Blanket’s hair.

2. The Jacksons are to give her 100 lycra catsuits, Michael’s Smoker’s Toothpaste, Michael’s doll collection, and whitening body cream.

3. Katherine and Joe are not to put the kids to work like they did with Michael.

4. Nona will put the kids to work at Sony, and supervise their business decisions.

5. MIchael’s body needs to be “returned to the coroner’s body or the mortuary immediately”.

Nona reportedly began legally harassing Michael way back in December, and has since stepped up her game in the wake of his death.

The judge did not make a ruling on the case today.

Details of Michael Jackson’s latest will were released today, and it looks like the late pop star’s mom Katherine might have a big push in her custody battle for Michael’s three kids Prince, Paris and Blanket.

Michael’s will specifically states that in the event of his death, he wishes to have his children go into the custody of his 79-year-old mother. In the event of her death, he reportedly wants the kids passed on to Diana Ross. Diana currently has five adult children. Michael’s youngest kid is just 7.  There’s nothing like replenishing that empty nest.

We mentioned way back in December that some very sweet, sane woman named Billie Jean Jackson was attempting to gain custody of Michael’s youngest son Blanket, by claiming to be the kid’s biological mother.  Well now that Michael has passed, Billie Jean is actually getting her day in court.

Billie is scheduled to present her case in front of a judge next Monday in L.A.  She’s asking for joint custody of the boy and $1 billion in child support to go along with it.

She’s fighting for weekend visits with the poor 7-year-old, and the right to participate in his education to ensure that he turns out just as smart as his alleged bio-mom.

That same day, Michael’s mother Katherine will be heading to court in an attempt to gain permanent custody of all three of Michael’s kids.
