Criss Angel is facing a serious lawsuit brought on by comedian Jeff Beacher, who is accusing Criss of stealing his pet cat, Hamlet.

According to Jeff’s lawyers, the kidnapping occurred while Jeff’s friend Jennifer Madden was babysitting the feline in her home. Criss allegedly took Hamlet from Jennifer, and then called Jeff repeatedly to taunt him about his loss, saying things like,

I took your cat.  He lives with me now.  The cat no longer likes you.  The cat and I have become close friends.

According to his lawyers, Jeff is demanding not only the return of his cat, he’s also asking for “the value of the use of his cat during the period of detention.”

Only a few months ago, Holly Madison was pleading her eternal undying love for magician Criss Angel, but the couple’s relationship has apparently gone the way of most Hollywood flings, with the pair splitting after just 4 months together.

Sources are claiming that Hugh Hefner’s ex girlfriend felt useless following Criss around the country without a job, and was also regretful over the demise of her relationship with Hef.  Holly is reporteldy moving back to L.A. to pursue her career, and the pair are planning on remaining close friends.

Criss Angel recently spoke with US Magazine about how cool it is to not have money.  Criss says,

You know, what Holly and I have is really something that money can’t buy. She is enough for me.

He adds that all he wants for Christmas is happiness, health, and love.  He says,

Those are the three things that you can’t buy and the three things, in my opinion, that are the most important in life.

Now that we know that Criss is happy being poor, the real question is, how long will his talentless broke ass make Holly happier than a rich, horney, ready-to-kick-the-bucket dude’s cash?

She was spotted sucking face with Criss at the grand opening of his craptaciously reviewed Cirque Du Soleil show “Believe” the other day.
