Michael Jackson’s dermatologist, Dr. Arnold Klein defended his good friend yesterday when asked whether or not he knew anything that wasn’t previously reported about Michael’s 1993 molestation case.

People were a bit puzzled when the underage accuser was able to describe - in detail, the existence of spots on Michael’s penis (a result of Vitiligo).

Turns out, Dr. Klein has a perfectly good explanation for that. According to him, Michael enjoyed peeing in front of people. He would often relieve himself for the entertainment of everyone from small children, to employees, doctors, and strangers. Apparently, Michael thought it was funny. According to Dr. Klein, Michael most likely didn’t abuse the boy, he probably only peed for him.

Pretty much everybody was shocked when Dr. Arnold Klein filed a creditor’s claim against Michael Jackson’s estate, asking for payment for botox and narcotic injections that he said he performed on Michael before his death. Now, it looks he figured that the following carefully-worded statement would help to patch up his appearance:

In order to provide this treatment, Dr. Klein needed to rent a helicopter in order to be flown in from out of town to provide the services within the required time frame, had his professional staff transported via car service, and had to pay them a premium for working over the weekend. If anything, these charges demonstrate Dr. Klein’s dedication to his patients. It should also be noted that Dr. Klein lost money for the weekend treatment.

Dr. Klein spent a substantial amount of effort to assist Michael Jackson in achieving his fabulous appearance. As anyone can see from viewing This Is It, Michael Jackson looked great, and this was due, in part, to Dr. Klein’s skill, hard work and dedication.

In his claim, Dr. Klein asked for $48,522.89 to cover his services.

Michael Jackson’s allegedly crooked dermatologist Arnold Klein filed a creditor’s claim against the dead pop star yesterday, demanding $48,522.89 for services that he said he performed, but was never paid for (because Michael was dead).

The claim included procedures such as sunscreen, botox, acne surgery, restylane, latanoprost, eyelash-growing drug latisse, and even 51 intramuscular injections - a procedure commonly used to administer Demerol.

According to Dr. Klein’s attorney, all of the procedures were “reasonable, appropriate, and medically necessary”.

Arnold Klein, who had previously denied fathering Michael Jackson’s kids, was met by a few dropped jaws when he showed up to the kids’ custody hearing yesterday and asked the judge for visitation rights for Prince and Paris.

Now Arnold’s lawyer has released a statement explaining that his client only wanted to see the kids because he had promised Michael that he would look after the them if anything were to happen to him. The statement read:

We appeared on behalf of Dr Arnold Klein before Judge Mitchell Beckloff… to ask the Court to allow Dr Klein to have an opportunity to present evidence to the Court for its consideration in fashioning an appropriate guardianship order with specific protection and supervision in areas relating to Paris Katherine and Prince Michael’s upbringing that were of particular concern to Michael.

Dr Klein is not objecting to Katherine Jackson being the guardian nominee, but was acting on promises he made to Michael with respect to assuring the long term health and stability of the children and their ability to enjoy as normal of a life out of the spotlight as could be reasonably possible.

Dr Klein has always had a special relationship with Paris Katherine and Prince Michael, loves and cares deeply for these children and is looking out for their best interest. Dr Klein has been involved with the children in sharing holidays and other special events and wishes to have the ability to continue his involvement as a very close friend of their father and offers his guidance and protection forever.

The judge turned down Dr. Klein’s request, saying that he had no legal right to the kids.

Michael Jackson’s possibly crooked dermatologist, Arnold Klein received a subpoena from the L.A. County Coroner today, according to the chief investigator on the case, Craig Harvey.

The Coroner reportedly demanded that Dr. Klein turn over all of Michael’s medical records for their investigation into his death.

Sources say that Dr. Klein may be guilty of supplying Michael with prescription narcotics, including the sedative Diprivan, which could have led to his death.
