Dr. Conrad Murray Goes Back To Work

Dr. Conrad Murray has been charged with killing one of his patients, but that apparently isn’t stopping him from going to work (the man’s got child support payments to make).

He was spotted arriving at his Las Vegas doctor’s office, briefcase in hand, ready to start his day this morning.

Dr. Murray is currently free on $75,000 bail after being charged in the Propofol-induced death of Michael Jackson.

Dr. Conrad Murray Booked And Released

Dr. Conrad Murray was officially booked after being charged with involuntary manslaughter yesterday afternoon.

He posted $75,000 bail and was released shortly after.

In other Dr. Murray news, the medical board that licensed him to practice medicine in the state of California asked the judge in the case yesterday to suspend the doctor’s medical license.

During the hearing, the judge ordered Dr. Murray to refrain from administering anesthetics to his patients, and he will be reviewing the license suspension request in the upcoming weeks.

Dr. Conrad Murray Charged With Manslaughter

Dr. Conrad Murray has been charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson.

The criminal complaint alleges that Dr. Murray “did unlawfully, and without malice, kill Michael Joseph Jackson … in the commission of an unlawful act, not a felony; and in the commission of a lawful act which might have produced death, in an unlawful manner, and without due caution and circumspection”.

He’ll be arraigned later today and is expected to plead not guilty. His bond will likely be set at $25,000. If convicted, he’ll face up to four years in prison.

Update: Dr. Murray has just pleaded not guilty to his charges. His bail was set at $75,000, and he is currently getting booked at the courthouse.

Cops Beg Dr. Murray Not To Turn Himself In

Dr. Conrad Murray was all ready to turn himself in to police for the involuntary manslaughter of Michael Jackson today, but it looks like he won’t be doing so, as law enforcement officials have begged him to stay home.

According to Dr. Murray’s lawyer, the LAPD is not currently prepared to charge him at the moment, and they’re afraid that the surrender would cause havoc at the courthouse and threaten Dr. Murray’s safety. Sources say that the case will likely be filed on Monday.

Dr. Conrad Murray Will Turn Himself In

Looks like Dr. Conrad Murray just wants to get his arraignment over with. According to his rep, Dr. Murray will show up in court to turn himself in at 1:30 PM today, regardless of whether or not the LAPD and the D.A. decide to file charges.

No word yet on what law enforcement plans to do with Dr. Murray since he’ll have no charges to surrender to.

Dr. Conrad Murray’s Arraigment Postponed

Dr. Conrad Murray’s arraignment which was originally scheduled for today has been postponed over feuding between the LAPD and the L.A. County D.A.

According to sources, the LAPD wanted to have Dr. Murray arrested, booked, and brought to court in handcuffs - their standard procedure for homicide suspects. The D.A. however, planned to allow Dr. Murray to turn himself in at the courthouse, and to arrive uncuffed to his arraignment.

Because of the disagreement, the arraignment will not be taking place today. No word yet on a new date.

According to Entertainment Tonight, Dr. Conrad Murray reportedly paid a visit to Michael Jackson’s grave earlier this week.

Dr. Murray, who’s currently facing possible involuntary manslaughter charges against Michael, was spotted alone outside of the mausoleum at Forest Lawn Memorial Parks & Mortuaries in Glendale, CA. No word yet on how long he stayed or exactly what he did there.

LAPD And D.A. Fight Over Michael Jackson Case

The LAPD and the Los Angeles D.A. recently began feuding over the Dr. Conrad Murray manslaughter case, after the D.A. kept the LAPD in the dark about the charges about to be filed against Dr. Murray.

The LAPD was angry at the D.A because they had spent months preparing the case.

Both sides seemingly came to a resolution yesterday when the D.A.’s office agreed to allow the LAPD to take Dr. Murray into custody, and deliver him to the courthouse to face his arraignment. This morning however, sources said that both sides were still angry at one another over the situation.

Dr. Murray is reportedly expected to be taken in and charged with involuntary manslaughter tomorrow.

Dr. Conrad Murray Will Be Charged On Friday

According to law enforcement officials, Dr. Conrad Murray will be arraigned and charged with involuntary manslaughter for the death of Michael Jackson on Friday.

Dr. Murray reportedly plans to turn himself in to the LAPD in the morning, and is scheduled to face a judge at 1:30 PM.

The Los Angeles D.A. is reportedly finally ready to file manslaughter charges against Dr. Conrad Murray for the death of Michael Jackson.

According to a source, Members of the D.A.’s office have already met about filing the case, and the deputy D.A. assigned, David Walgren has been working closely with the LAPD on the investigation.

Charges could be filed as early as next week.

Michael Jackson Investigation Complete

The LAPD has reportedly completed the investigation into Michael Jackson’s death, and will be sending the case along to the D.A. in the next few weeks.

According to law enforcement sources, Dr. Conrad Murray will most likely be charged in the criminal case. Even though Dr. Murray technically did not break any laws when he administered Propofol to Michael, he will probably be facing an involuntary manslaughter charge if prosecutors are able to prove gross negligence.

Dr. Conrad Murray Pays His Child Support

It looks like Dr. Conrad Murray is finally doing something right - he’s actually been paying his $1,003 montly child support payments on time.

He was spotted making an appearance in a Nevada court yesterday for a child support progress report. According to records, Dr. Murray made his November and December payments on time, and showed up with a check for his January payment. He’s due back in court for another progress report in July.

Dr. Conrad Murray Gets A TV Show

Michael Jackson’s doctor, Conrad Murray has just landed himself his own reality TV show.

According to his rep, a British documentary crew followed Dr. Murray around on his first day back at work to get some patient reactions regarding his return.

As part of the contract, the 1-episode show won’t air until after the Michael investigation is finished, which according to Dr. Murray’s rep, could take a few years.

Dr. Conrad Murray Goes Back To Work

Dr. Conrad Murray may be looking at manslaughter charges, but he’s got child support to pay, so according to his lawyer, he’ll be going back to work today at the Armstrong Medical Clinic in Houston - whether or not people still want him as their doctor.

As you may recall, the Armstrong Clinic was searched by cops in July for it’s possible connection in Michael Jackson’s death.

Dr. Conrad Murray Owes Some Child Support

A Las Vegas judge ruled today that Dr. Conrad Murray would now be required to make his $1,003 monthly child support payments to baby-momma Nenita Malibiran on time to avoid being thrown in jail.

Nenita, who did not appear in court today, waived the right to $13,000 in back child support, under the condition that Dr. Murray make his monthly payments on time from now on. He’ll also be required to check in with the judge every three months to prove that he’s been making his payments. His next court date is scheduled for January 4th.
