Eddie Cibrian went through with his threat to sue Life & Style Weekly yesterday, by filing a defamation lawsuit against them.
The suit accused the mag of defaming him by publishing a story saying that he had been cheating on LeAnn Rimes with celebrity slut, Scheana Marie Jancan. The article also claimed that Eddie had abandoned his children to pursue his extracurricular activities.
Eddie is demanding over $1 million for his suffering.
Eddie Cibrian’s estranged wife, Brandi Glanville has just filed papers in L.A. County Superior Court, demanding around $40,000 per month in spousal support from her cheating husband.
The ex-couple have two kids together, and Brandi insists that she’s currently unable to pay for food for the kids, gas for the car… and pilates classes.
She claims that Eddie currently makes about $60,000 per week, and he’s only paying her household bills.
Serial cheater, Eddie Cibrian is suing Life & Style magazine for their latest story, which accused him of cheating on LeAnn Rimes with Hollywood slut, Scheana Marie Jancan. Eddie’s rep released a statement yesterday, saying,
Unfortunately Life & Style Magazine has chosen to go out with a story filled with inaccuracies and deceitful lies, presumably to titillate sales, but clearly resulting in harm to Eddie Cibrian and others. This is irresponsible and reckless journalism. Eddie has met with his attorneys and will be filing a suit for libel and other actionable grounds shortly. It’s a shame that Life & Style resorted to a story of this nature and they will regretfully now have to face scrutiny of untruthful reporting in a court proceeding.
Who knew a made-for-TV actor could have so much game? According to Life & Style, Eddie Cibrian is already cheating on his former mistress/current girlfriend LeAnn Rimes with his old mistress Scheana Marie Jancan.
According to one of Scheana’s friends, Eddie told Scheana that his relationship with LeAnn was nothing more than a publicity stunt, and that he was planning to dump her soon anyways. Eddie apparently hooked up with Scheana multiple times, specifically once on October 21. He reportedly had a friend drive him over to Scheana’s house, where he told her that she was the one that he really wanted. He made sure to not spend the night there however, to keep LeAnn from getting suspicious.
Now that the ink is finally on the those divorce papers, cheating couple times two, LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian are reportedly moving in together.
According to a few sources, Eddie is currently moving his belongings out of the home that he shares with his wife and kids, and into LeAnn’s Santa Monica pad. The couple have also begun house hunting for a new place to start over together. According to one source, they’re hoping to get married and have some babies soon as well.

This week, Scheana convinced Life & Style magazine to do a tell-all interview about how she hooked up with LeAnn Rimes’ married hook-up, Eddie Cibrian.

Scheana supposedly did the Life & Style interview because she was looking for closure. According to her, Eddie never officially broke up with her when he started dating LeAnn.
Now that the divorce papers have been filed and LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian have gone public with their affair, their exes are reportedly making friends with one another to share sob stories about their cheating spouses.
US Weekly says that LeAnn’s gay husband Dean Sheremet and Eddie’s media whore wife Brandi Glanville are now working together to figure out how they both managed to not notice their spouses sneaking out regularly for romantic meals and hotel slut romps.
New BFFs Brandi and Dean are also spending their time together to cry and vent while their spouses vacation in Cabo.
LeAnn Rimes announced on her website today that she and her husband Dean Sheremet have finally decided to divorce after seven cheating years of marriage. According to her,

LeAnn has reportedly been sleeping with married actor Eddie Cibrian for a few months now. Eddie filed for divorce from his wife just about a week ago.
Eddie Cibrian’s wife Brandi Glanville confirmed yesterday that her cheating husband of eight years had finally filed for divorce. According to her,
He filed yesterday and I accepted it. We’re getting a divorce. We talked to each other yesterday.
She added that Eddie would be going to Mexico this weekend with his girlfriend LeAnn Rimes, probably to celebrate the divorce.

Eddie has maintained that he and LeAnn “hung out a bit, but that was it”.
Several months ago, LeAnn Rimes got caught by a restaurant’s security camera, cheating on her husband Dean Sheremet with her Lifetime TV movie co-star Eddie Cibrian. Now, Eddie’s wife Brandi Glanville is throwing herself into the media mix, by coming forward to accuse LeAnn of stalking Eddie, who apparently has been trying his very best in recent months to quit the affair.
The mother of Eddie’s two kids tells Us Weekly,
LeAnn is a stalker. She refuses to leave us alone — it is shameful and scary. People are going to say it takes two to tango and I get that, but at some point LeAnn needs to stop asking him to dance.
Brandi is accusing LeAnn of repeatedly calling and texting Eddie, prompting him to change his phone number. Brandi claims that LeAnn finally resorted to tracking him down in person at an LA Lakers game last month.
LeAnn’s rep has refused to comment on the situation, but a source close to LeAnn has come out to back the singer-turned-actress by calling Brandi and Eddie out for running their mouths off to magazines for publicity.
LeAnn Rimes’ cheating rumors surfaced just two months ago, but already, the singer is reportedly moving out of her $7.45 million Tennessee mansion that she currently owns with her husband Dean Sheremet.
According to Real Estalker, the 13,380 square foot home features four bedrooms, three and a half baths, two kitchens, and one workout room.
LeAnn and Dean moved into the home in September 2008, and LeAnn was caught making out with co-star Eddie Cibrian in a Mexican restaurant this past March. No word yet on whether or not Dean will be following LeAnn to her new crib after this one sells.
Everyone was wondering why LeAnn Rimes’ husband, Dean Sheremet didn’t seem to give a crap when footage leaked of his wife making out with her made-for-tv movie co-star, Eddie Cibrian. Well now we know. Two people, claiming to be Dean’s cousin and former high school classmate, have come forward, claiming that Dean is gay.
Dean’s cousin says,
You know ever since he moved out there, we don’t really talk to him. But I know the reason he doesn’t care, because he’s gay…he’s gone gay since he was like five. He never came completely out, but there is so much stuff he did as a kid and as a teenager and we, just literally the family, would take bets on whether he would come out and then all of a sudden he got married.
