According to a source, Rebecca Gayheart and Eric Dane have named their week-old baby girl, Billie.
Billie is the first child for couple, who married in 2004. She was born in L.A. on March 3rd, and is doing well, according to her parents’ rep.
Rebecca Gayheart and her husband Eric Dane welcomed a new baby girl at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles this afternoon.
According to a source, Eric was present for the birth and the couple are both happy about their new addition. Details coming soon.
Rebecca Gayheart realized that there way no way she could deny her giant bump any longer, so she finally opened up and confirmed her pregnancy with husband Eric Dane to In Touch magazine today. She said,
We’ve always wanted to be parents. I think Eric is going to be a wonderful dad, and hopefully I’ll be a good mom. We’re absolutely looking forward to it!
Rebecca also added that she’s been committed to staying healthy for the baby. That means no coke and sex tapes plenty of yoga, exercise, and healthy food.
Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart filed a lawsuit against Gawker Media, LLC and journalist Mark Ebner earlier today over that leaked video which showed them having some naked fun with Kari Ann Peniche. Apparently they registered the video with the US Copyright Office, so they’re suing the company for posting the footage on their website.
According to court documents, Mark gave the tape to Gawker, who posted the video on their site about a month later. Eric and Rebecca are accusing Gawker of ignoring a take-down notice which they sent the day that the tape hit the net. They’re asking for compensation for more than $1 million in damages.

Sources close to Rebecca and her husband Eric Dane told the mag recently that the pair had been trying for a baby since they married five years ago. The pregnancy rumors started after Rebecca turned down roles in both Gossip Girl, as well as two made-for-tv movies due to health reasons. No confirmation yet from the couple.
Kari Ann Peniche, who plays a starring role in Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart’s naked tape (they didn’t have sex, they were just rolling around without their clothes on), is now blaming country singer Mindy McCready for the leak.
According to the former Miss Teen USA, the 2-year-old video had been saved to a hard drive which was stolen by her Celebrity Rehab roommate Mindy McCready. Mindy supposedly took the drive to get back at Kari after the pair had a fight over money. Kari then filed a stolen property report with the LAPD.
Last month, Eric, Rebecca, Kari Ann and Mindy had a little meeting to amicably split the contents of the hard drive. Apparently they thought everything was all set until one of the four leaked a copy of the tape online yesterday.
Gawker got their hands on a sex tape today, featuring Grey’s Anatomy’s Eric Dane and his wife Rebecca Gayheart having a threesome with former Miss Teen USA and current Hollywood madam, Kari Ann Peniche.
The original 12-minute video features the drunk and high threesome hanging around nude in Kari’s Studio City apartment. The video concludes with Dane taking over the camera to shoot the two women naked in a jacuzzi together. Video here.
