Hulk Hogan and his son Nick have just settled a lawsuit filed against them by the family of John Graziano, who was injured in Nick’s 2007 car accident.
Nick’s mother Linda settled a separate suit filed against her by the family just last month.
The terms of both settlements will remain under wraps.
A judge has finally ordered Linda Hogan to surrender an antique toilet seat to her ex-husband Hulk.
Hulk filed court papers demanding the antique seat’s return last month. According to him, Linda stole the seat along with several other items from his house when she moved out after their split. She’s now required to return everything that she took.
Hulk Hogan filed papers in court the other day, accusing his ex-wife Linda for taking a number of things that did not belong to her when she moved out of their home. Those things include a few chandeliers, a tanning bed, several bathtubs, and an antique toilet seat.
According to the court documents, Hulk wants his items back because he has been unable to sell the home and get on with his life without them.
Looks like Hulk Hogan isn’t afraid to leap from one marriage to another. The recently divorced wrestler popped the question to his really young new girlfriend (who looks like his daughter) Jennifer McDaniel the other day.
The couple showed off the engagement ring to photographers at LAX on Tuesday.
These two began dating in 2008, shortly after Hulk separated from his wife Linda. Their divorce was finalized just four months ago.
Hulk Hogan met up with his wife Linda in court today to hash out their final divorce settlement.
The terms have not yet been released, but Hulk seemed happy with whatever arrangement was made. “I’m a free man!” He told the cameras on his way out of the building.
Hulk Hogan has paid found a number of people who have all suddenly come forward, claiming to have witnessed his ex-wife Linda abusing everything from pot to prescription painkillers to cocaine. He’s reportedly hoping to use the witnesses to convince the courts to allow him to stop making alimony payments to Linda, who he’s accusing of blowing his money on drugs for herself and her boy toy, Charlie Hill.
Linda recently released a clean test to the media after Hulk and their daughter Brooke first slammed her for doing drugs, but Hulk has accused her of using someone else’s pee to produce a fraudulent report.
Hulk’s witnesses include a truck driver, hairdresser, and postal worker who all probably really need the extra cash.
After Hulk Hogan accused his ex-wife Linda of partying a little too hard with her 19-year-old boyfriend Charlie Hill, Linda sent a copy of a recent drug test around to reporters to prove her innocence. It looks, however, like Hulk isn’t buying it. He sent his lawyer out today to release the following statement concerning the test above:
Linda Hogan’s drug test is absolutely meaningless without proper tracking and verification. If Linda Hogan wants the world and the courts to believe that this is a valid drug test, she must prove that it was a legally supervised medical test taken at random.
The document she distributed to the media states that she took a medical test which means that she took a urine test with no verification of urine’s source. Anyone can walk into a clinic and take a test, but without supervision we only have her word to go on and that is questionable. If Linda wanted us to believe she was clean, she should have taken advantage of the $100,000 offer by a national radio show for a random legally supervised drug test as opposed to the farce she has perpetrated upon the public.
Hulk originally challenged Linda to the test after Linda called their daughter Brooke out for having fake boobs. Brooke ultimately admitted to the fake boobage on Howard Stern last week.
The very same day that Hulk Hogan challenged his ex-wife Linda to a drug test, she went out and produced said document, and surprisingly tested negative to everything from cocaine to cannabis and opiates.

Hulk is probably now really regretting those statements he made in a recent interview about understanding O.J. Simpson’s motives for allegedly killing his wife Nicole Brown.
Linda Hogan filed court docs today in Pinellas County, Florida, demanding a lump sum of $24,000, in addition to $8,200 per month from Hulk, saying that his comments scared her so much that she needs the extra cash to move “thousands of miles away” from him.
In court documents, Linda states that she’s concerned about Hulk’s possible actions, and is looking to flee from Florida to California for her own safety.
Hulk Hogan recently told Rolling Stone Magazine that after seeing his ex-wife Linda’s new 19-year-old boy toy rolling around town in his car, he was finally able to understand poor OJ Simpson’s reasons for possibly outing his wife. Hulk said,
I could have turned everything into a crime scene, like OJ, cutting everybody’s throat. You live half a mile from the 20,000-square-foot home you can’t go to anymore, you’re driving through downtown Clearwater and see a 19-year-old boy driving your Escalade, and you know that a 19-year-old boy is sleeping in your bed, with your wife . . . I totally understand OJ. I get it.
Hulk’s awesome former wife is currently spending $40,000 per month of his money, driving his cars, and living in his $18 million mansion.
Update: Hulk Hogan has just released the following statement:
Hulk in no way condones the OJ situation. As part of a larger conversation, he referred to it to exemplify his frustration with his own situation.

Update #2: We were right, they’re getting the lawyers involved. Linda has just released a statement as well (through her attorney) saying,
We have always maintained that the fear that Linda has had to live with comes from the rage and instability much too often associated with pro wrestlers. Linda and her family are taking these recent homicidal comments seriously. Linda’s attorney Ray Rafool is weighting all options necessary to protect his client.
Linda Hogan’s 20-year-old boyfriend (who wants to be a seaman), tried to file a restraining order against Hulk Hogan because he was afraid that Linda’s former husband was out to beat his scrawny little ass.
Charley Hill claimed in court that Hulk had been following him around and threatening to hurt him. The judge didn’t buy it though, and denied Charlie’s request.
TMZ is reporting that Linda Hogan is suing her ex husband Hulk for more spousal support because she wants to send her 19-year-old boyfriend Charley to sea school.
So Linda thinks it’s Hulk’s responsibility to pay for her new seaman? Wow, that’s weird.
Linda Hogan was in court yesterday, asking a judge to unfreeze some joint assets that she owns with ex, Hulk Hogan. She’s claiming that she’s out of money even though Hulk gives her $40,000 a month for living expenses.
Hulk’s lawyer is asking to see bank statements to prove that the divorced old lady has really run dry.
Linda was also in court asking for Hulk to pay her cable bill, pest control, window washing, and security system.
The judge has told Hulk’s lawyer that his client will have to pay for the cable, pests, and window washing. He’ll get a pass on the security system though.
Brooke “Hogan” Bollea reportedly signed a legal affidavit while ago, accusing her dad Hulk Hogan of abusing her mom Linda.
Now, Brooke’s rep is saying that she regrets signing that, and is asking for it to not be used in court. She is now admitting that there was no abuse, and that she was pressured into signing it by her mom at a time when she was pissed at her dad. Now Brooke’s not talking to her mom at all. She says,
I love my mother, and hope to one day reconcile with her. But using kids as pawns in a divorce is awful. Every day my mother resorts to this kind of behavior makes it that much harder for us to ever have a relationship again.
In other Brooke news, Brooke’s been approached by Playboy to pose nude, and according to her rep, she hasn’t turned it down yet, not that I would want to see that man-woman naked. I knew there was something fishy about that wholesome family on Hogan Knows Best.
