Jayde Nicole kind of confirmed on her Twitter the other day that she and Brody Jenner were over. She wrote,
Sometimes when you truly love someone you have to let them go…..” I never really understood that quote until now
Friends of the couple confirmed the split yesterday, saying that Jayde even celebrated her break-up with a huge party at Hyde Lounge in West Hollywood last week. She later reportedly told friends that Brody broke up with her to “find himself”.
Joe Francis, who beat the crap out of Jayde Nicole at Guys & Dolls in August, is now suing both her and her boyfriend Brody Jenner for battery, assault, negligence, slander, libel, and false light.
He’s accusing both Jayde and Brody of attacking him, and then lying about the incident to a TMZ cameraman.
Surveillance video taken at the club that night showed Joe clearly pulling Jayde’s hair and beating her down after she threw a drink on him. According to Joe, he only hit Jayde in self defense. Apparently he feared for his life when she screamed “I’m going to kill you!”. Joe claims that the incident wasn’t actually as bad as it looked, and that Jayde only fell over because she lost her balance on her high heels.
Update: The D.A. has just announced that he won’t be pursuing criminal charges against any of the parties involved in this incident. Joe still plans, however, to go through with his civil suit.

If you’re having a hard time making out what’s going on, basically, Joe tries to kiss Jayde’s friend, so naturally, she dumps her drink on him. This leads to Joe flipping out, grabbing her hair, and dragging her through the club. Finally, Brody Jenner chases Joe out of the shot, and Jayde sits down to cry about it all with her friends.

Jayde Nicole is trying to milk Joe Francis. It probably won’t work though. Brody Jenner’s girlfriend just filed a lawsuit against the boob douche, claiming that he assaulted her at a club last month.

Jayde doesn’t care though. She wants $1 million for her troubles.

Brody then punched Joe, and even ripped his shirt. The pair were then thrown outside of the club where according to Joe, Brody continued to beat him. Security guards at the club finally tasered Brody to get him to stop.
Jayde later accused Joe of punching and kicking her after throwing her on the ground. She originally claimed she had plans to file charges against Joe. She has since decided against it.

According to sources at the club, Jayde threw a drink at Joe after she spotted him “unrelentingly” hitting on his ex girlfriend. According to Brody, Joe then grabbed Jayde and started punching and kicking her after pulling her to the ground. The fight was broken up by security, and cops were called to the scene.
After the dispute was supposedly settled, Brody followed Joe out of the club and punched him in the face, which prompted somebody to taser Brody. No word yet on who did the tazing.
No one was arrested at the scene, but Jayde told reporters that she does plan to press charges against Joe.
The MTV reality show crew threw together a rather impressive shoot for the season finale of The Hills (Heidi and Spencer’s sappy fake wedding). Over 200 guests showed up at the Westminster Presbyterian Church today for the publicity event.
A skywriter was hired to write “Spencer Loves Heidi” in the sky before the event. Guests present at the ceremony included many cast members from The Hills, Heidi’s sister Holly, Spencer’s sister Stephanie, and even Heidi’s mother, father, and both of her step parents. As we previously reported, Lauren Conrad showed up as well for her big scripted reconciliation with Heidi.
Heidi wore a $19,000 Monique Lhuillier dress, and $1.2 million worth of Neil Lane jewelry for the ceremony.
Brody Jenner reportedly broke things off with his girlfriend, Jayde Nicole after he was forced to carry her passed out self out of a Hollywood club on Friday night.
Apparently Bromantic Jenner decided that Jayde’s out of control partying was getting in the way of his life, so after spending his entire Saturday taking care of her, he broke things off.
Lauren Conrad has already reportedly offered to help Brody find a new girlfriend, but I’m sure he’ll get way more publicity if he does it on another gay reality show.
Brody Jenner has released a statement saying that contrary to recent rumors, he isn’t engaged, because omg, we like really need to know.
Don’t worry Brody, we wouldn’t have believed that rumor even if we had heard it (which we hadn’t). We’ve seen Bromance, and we all know Jayde Nicole is just a cover for the fact that you’re really really gay. What I really want to know is, how much are you paying that chick to show up in public places with you?
