The IRS filed a lien against Joe Francis yesterday, accusing him of failing to pay $33,819,087.14 in taxes for the 2001, 2002, and 2003 tax years.
Joe, who just negotiated a plea bargain to avoid jail time for tax evasion two weeks ago, is insisting that the lien was filed in retaliation for his previous settlement. Joe told TMZ yesterday that he’s now left with no choice other than to file for personal bankruptcy, which he’ll be doing later today.
An L.A. judge has just sentenced Joe Francis to time served for his two misdemeanor counts of filing false tax returns. Joe had pleaded guilty to both charges, and had previously served about a year in prison for felony tax evasion.
This comes on the heels of the L.A. D.A.’s decision not to pursue criminal charges against Joe for allegedly attacking Jayde Nicole at a club earlier this year. Joe’s still facing a civil suit from Jayde for that incident.
Joe Francis, who beat the crap out of Jayde Nicole at Guys & Dolls in August, is now suing both her and her boyfriend Brody Jenner for battery, assault, negligence, slander, libel, and false light.
He’s accusing both Jayde and Brody of attacking him, and then lying about the incident to a TMZ cameraman.
Surveillance video taken at the club that night showed Joe clearly pulling Jayde’s hair and beating her down after she threw a drink on him. According to Joe, he only hit Jayde in self defense. Apparently he feared for his life when she screamed “I’m going to kill you!”. Joe claims that the incident wasn’t actually as bad as it looked, and that Jayde only fell over because she lost her balance on her high heels.
Update: The D.A. has just announced that he won’t be pursuing criminal charges against any of the parties involved in this incident. Joe still plans, however, to go through with his civil suit.

If you’re having a hard time making out what’s going on, basically, Joe tries to kiss Jayde’s friend, so naturally, she dumps her drink on him. This leads to Joe flipping out, grabbing her hair, and dragging her through the club. Finally, Brody Jenner chases Joe out of the shot, and Jayde sits down to cry about it all with her friends.

Jayde Nicole is trying to milk Joe Francis. It probably won’t work though. Brody Jenner’s girlfriend just filed a lawsuit against the boob douche, claiming that he assaulted her at a club last month.
She’s accusing Joe of pulling her hair, shoving her, and throwing her to the ground. Unfortunately for her, sources say that surveillance tapes taken in the club prove otherwise.
Jayde doesn’t care though. She wants $1 million for her troubles.
Joe Francis is reportedly throwing Lamar Odom’s bachelor party tonight at Les Deux in LA. According to the event’s flyer, guests should expect to drink, dance, watch strippers, chill with midgets, and eat candy. Lamar apparently has this thing for candy (see above).
The party will be invite-only with a strict guest list.
There are two things that 36-year-old Joe Francis does: boobs, and brawls. Last night, he took advantage of the latter for the second time in a few weeks, when he reportedly tried to throw some punches at Frankie Delgado, who refused to let him into his new club MI-6. One witness gave X17 some details on the blow out:
At approximately 10pm Joe Francis shows up to the MI-6 opening. As he approaches the front door that was attached to the red carpet he gets rejected at the door by Frankie Delgado. Joe absolutely FREAKS out. He grabs the one of the owners [Sam Nazarian] and is freaking out asking ‘whats going on, what’s happening here???’
Sam got so annoyed because Joe interrupted his interview on the red carpet that he shooed him away and told the security guard to let Joe in. As Joe begins to walk in the door, Frankie freaks out and walks in right behind him and starts with Joe. Right by the door Frankie shoves Joe and Joe is saying, ‘why are you pushing me - why are you pushing me?’
And then Joe takes a swing at Frankie — and misses!!
The second that happens security and the police that were standing on the property get involved and immediately escort Joe off the property in the back alley. Joe never made it inside the party and was sooooo pissed off!

Looks like Jayde Nicole’s story of last night’s Joe Francis fight was all a big lie. Security camera footage from the club clearly showed that Jayde started the fight after she threw a drink on Joe. Joe turned around in surprise and only pulled Jayde’s hair as a reaction.
Brody then punched Joe, and even ripped his shirt. The pair were then thrown outside of the club where according to Joe, Brody continued to beat him. Security guards at the club finally tasered Brody to get him to stop.
Jayde later accused Joe of punching and kicking her after throwing her on the ground. She originally claimed she had plans to file charges against Joe. She has since decided against it.
Somebody tasered Brody Jenner after Girls Gone Wild douche Joe Francis punched Brody’s girlfriend Jayde Nicole at a Guys & Dolls in Hollywood last night.
According to sources at the club, Jayde threw a drink at Joe after she spotted him “unrelentingly” hitting on his ex girlfriend. According to Brody, Joe then grabbed Jayde and started punching and kicking her after pulling her to the ground. The fight was broken up by security, and cops were called to the scene.
After the dispute was supposedly settled, Brody followed Joe out of the club and punched him in the face, which prompted somebody to taser Brody. No word yet on who did the tazing.
No one was arrested at the scene, but Jayde told reporters that she does plan to press charges against Joe.
Joe Frances was arrested yesterday after failing to appear on time in LA court for a hearing concerning his tax evasion case. The Girls Gone Wild creator showed up to court 5 hours late, complaining that he was suffering from the flu. He was detained by U.S. marshals immediately upon arrival.
The glorified pimp with a video camera is accused of filing a fraudulent $20 million tax return, and faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
Michael Lohan recently vowed in a public statement to keep his mouth shut about his daughter’s personal issues, but… I think we’re going to have to get some wire or muzzles to get the job done right. Michael recently sent an email to X17 for no particular reason other than to talk some more. He writes,
First of all, I apologized because I was led to believe things said about Samantha, by someone very close to Lindsay and myself. I should not have believed that person, and I acted out of concern, without thinking first. Sometimes we follow our hearts without reasoning first. But then again, the heart has reason even reason doesn [sic] not know! Neverthe less [sic], it was inappropriate. As for Joe Francis, .. He is a good guy and he really cares about Lindsay. Sure he made his money with Girls Gone Wild, but that’s his decision. He has never done anything to me or my family for me to think otherwise, so judging him is not up to me. The Joe Francis I know doesn’t lie or BS. He is REAL! Unlike most of the other people who have crossed my path !
