Tudors’ Jonathan Rhys Meyers was arrested at an airport in Paris, France last Saturday after getting drunk and punching a waiter at an airport bar.

According to French reports, Jonathan was taken into custody for getting into a fight with a waiter who refused to serve him because he appeared intoxicated. Jonathan allegedly first began yelling at the bar’s manager, and then punched another employee who attempted to break up the fight.

Jonathan has a history of airport brawls. He was arrested in 2007 for being drunk and disorderly at Dublin airport. He is due to face charges for Saturday’s incident in a French court in September.

Jonathan Rhys Meyers of Tudors fame, has checked himself into rehab for the third time since 2005.  The actor is now at a treatment center in England to overcome his drinking problem.  He did his previous stints in 2005 and 2007 at Promises Rehab Center in Malibu.  Meyers has admitted his problem in the past, saying,

When I do (drink) I’m like Bambi. I’m all over the place, hopeless, like a 16-year-old kid. People notice.

No word yet on the expected length of his stay.
