Khloe Kardashian showed up in court today to clear up an arrest warrant (which somehow both the media and the cops didn’t realize existed).

The warrant stems from a 2003 incident where Khloe failed to pay a speeding ticket. The police reportedly even overlooked the warrant when they arrested her for a DUI in 2007. It finally came to the attention of law enforcement officials when Khloe got in a fight with a transvestite outside of a club in December of last year.

Khloe popped up in court this morning with her lawyer, and had the warrant revoked after she agreed to pay $200 in court fees.

Khloe Kardashian was questioned by cops on Friday night, after a transgender male accused her of attacking him outside of Hollywood club, Playhouse.

The alleged victim told cops that Khloe shoved and hit him because he told Lamar Odom that he was “too young to be married”. The police took a report, but let Khloe go after determining that she did not commit a crime.

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have only been officially married for a few days, but already, the couple are getting into some heated public blowouts. For the second time this week, sources reported seeing the couple arguing while out and about in L.A.

This time, Khloe apparently pissed Lamar off when she refused to stop texting at their table at Phillippe Chow restaurant. This pissed off Lamar, who ended up leaving the table to sit at the bar by himself. Khloe’s friend Malika Hagg, who was at the restaurant with the couple, made an unsuccessful attempt to convince them to stop fighting. Lamar then stormed off, picked up his car, and tossed the girls in it, before driving off in a hurry.

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom finally settled on a prenup, and got their official marriage license in Orange County just a few days ago.

In the event of a divorce, Khloe won’t be getting any of Lamar’s $33 million Lakers paycheck, but she will be getting a lump sum payment from Lamar every year for the rest of her life.

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have officially inked their prenup.

Rumor has it that in the event of a divorce, the deal will give Khloe a $500,000 lump sum for each year of marriage, $25,000 in spousal support per month, $1,000 for beauty care, the whole house, a new car every few years, and court side Lakers tickets for everyone in her immediate family. Lamar will get to keep his $33 million Lakers salary.

It may sound like she’s out for the money, but according to her friends, she really does love her man.

Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian are finally ready to get legally married. After a battle between the lawyers, the couple has finally agreed upon their prenup.

The agreement which has yet to be signed, will let Lamar keep the $33 million that he’ll earn during his current contract with the Lakers, in the event of a divorce. Lamar will be the one funding their joint bank account though, which Khloe will always have access to. In addition, if the couple breaks it off, Khloe will receive a set amount of money for each year that they’re married.

These two plan to sign the document at some point this week.

Several sources claimed yesterday that Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom’s wedding was a non-binding ceremony, but Khoe’s rep released a statement later on to dispute those claims. She said,

They are legally married. Yes, Lamar and Khloe are officially married.

According to sources, these two weren’t able to hash out a proper prenup before the ceremony. Their lawyers are now busy drawing up a post-nup.

OK! Magazine is reportedly pissed off over the fact that Khloe Kardashian let hordes of paparazzi and news copters crash her wedding the other day.

The mag had signed a $250,000 deal with Khloe to give them exclusive rights to feature her wedding pics in tomorrow’s issue. According to them, Khloe promised that her wedding would be a private affair. Instead, one source said that there were so many helicopters flying overhead that guests were unable to hear the vows.

When photos of the wedding started hitting the web from other sources, OK was forced to spend an extra $50,000 to buy photos from the paparazzi to keep them from selling to other magazines.

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom got married in what was probably a non-legally-binding ceremony yesterday in Beverly Hills.

According to People, Khloe’s stepdad Bruce Jenner walked her down the isle with her pregnant sister Kourtney and her other sister Kim by her side. About 250 guests were present for the black-tie event which was followed by a nightclub-themed reception.

E! cameras were present (of course), catching all of the action for an upcoming episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. The couple will probably get legally married at a later date - after their lawyers settle their prenup.

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom’s wedding is scheduled for tomorrow, but word is that the couple might not be getting legally hitched that day. The hang up is supposedly on their lawyers, who won’t be able to hash out a prenup in time.

E! is reportedly paying for the entire $1 million wedding, in exchange for the rights to tape and air footage of the ceremony on their network, and they’re not being flexible on the wedding date. Because of all this, sources say that the couple will have their ceremony on Sunday, but they’ll probably be taking care of the legal marriage at a later date.

According to TMZ, Khloe and Lamar’s lawyers are already fighting over the terms of their prenup.

Khloe Kardashian’s starting to feel the perks of planning a spontaneous wedding. According to the NY Daily News, she recently signed a $300,000 deal with OK Magazine for exclusive rights to publish pictures of her nuptials this weekend.

And it looks like she and soon-to-be husband Lamar Odom are taking that money to help put a dent in a few major purchases. Khloe was finally seen sporting her engagement ring which features a 9-carat radiant-cut diamond, and the couple were spotted checking out mansions in Beverly Hills earlier today. They’re apparently in the market for a 8,000-10,000 square foot home with a pool and basketball court.
