Courtney Love, who originally signed off to allow her late husband Kurt Cobain’s image to appear in Guitar Hero 5, has now threatened to sue Activision for allowing players to use the unlocked character to sing any songs in the game. Apparently, the hugest issue she has with all this is the fact that Kurt could possibly be forced to even sing BON JOVI songs.

Courtney’s lawyer released a statement today saying,

Activision is exploiting Kurt’s image in a manner anathema to the very essence of his music, spirit and essence. I, along with Ms. Cobain, hope those who love Kurt’s music strongly voice their sentiments to Activision and demand his image not be debased by singing the songs of Bon Jovi.

Former Nirvana bandmates, Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic are also upset over the terms of Kurt’s latest cameo.

Courtney Love was reportedly busted for trashing a room at The Inn on Irving Place in NY with her daughter Frances Bean last month.

Sources say that on June 17, Courtney and Frances checked into the hotel for eight hours, and when they left the high-end establishment, staff found, among other things, dirty needles and used tampons all over the floor. The damage cost the hotel $5,000 to clean up.

Last month, Courtney blamed her recent destructive behavior on the stress of losing her late husband Kurt Cobain’s fortune to swindlers who stole her identity.

Natascha Stellmach, a German artist is claiming that she has Kurt Cobain’s ashes which were reported stolen by Kurt’s widow Courtney Love in June. She’s refusing to say how she ended up with Kurt’s remains, but is very excited about what she’s about to do with them.

As part of her latest pretentious art exhibit called “Gone,” Stellmach is planning on smoking a joint containing Kurt’s ashes. Stellmach says that the act will

release Cobain from the media circus and into the ether. [the act] represents both the completion of the conceptual project and the final act in an exhibition bound to provoke wide public debate.

This sounds a lot like abortion girl’s little escapade.

Courtney Love spent more than $323,000 on daughter Frances Bean’s RIP childhood themed sweet 16 party, fitting only for a kid whose dad killed himself when she was a baby.

Frances showed up to the event at LA’s House of Blues in a dress that her dad Kurt Cobain wore at a performance at Reading Festival, and guests played contest games like “who can look the most dead.”  How appropriate.
