Levi Johnston has finally ponied up the $21,561.12 that he owed in back child support to his ex, Bristol Palin.
He’ll now be required to continue making payments of $1,750 per month for the next seventeen or so years.
Levi Johnston was ordered to pay $18,000 in back child support to Bristol Palin yesterday.
He will also be required to continue to pay Bristol $1,688.42 each month going forward to support baby Tripp who was born in December, 2008.
Bristol’s lawyer told TMZ yesterday that “Bristol is pleased with the court rulings today and looks forward to resolving the remaining issues with Levi”.
Bristol Palin’s lawyer filed papers to have subpoenas issued to CNN, Playgirl, Entertainment Tonight, The Insider, Star Magazine, and the National Enquirer yesterday, after he caught Levi Johnston lying about his income in court last week.
Levi had originally told the court that he was unable to make his $1,688.42 monthly child support payments because even though his income last year was $101,000, he had earned less than $10,000 annually in prior years. Bristol’s lawyer disproved the $10,000 figure yesterday, by coming up with a 2008 pay stub issued to Levi from a construction company for $18,594.50.
Bristol’s lawyer then had subpoenas issued to a number of companies that worked with Levi last year, to figure out whether or not he was lying about his 2009 income as well.
Levi Johnston is officially trying to get himself out of paying the $1,750 per month in child support that his babymomma Bristol Palin is asking for.
His lawyer filed papers in court yesterday, insisting that even though Levi made $105,000 last year, his current income is “erratic”, and probably won’t come anywhere close to that again.
Levi, who agreed to pay a lump sum of 20% of his adjusted gross income from last year, said that his only guaranteed paycheck so far this year has been the $25,000 that he earned from his Playgirl photo shoot.

Bristol Palin filed documents in an Alaskan court yesterday, demanding $1,750 per month in child support from her ex-boyfriend, Levi Johnston.
According to the papers, Levi made an estimate of more than $105,000 from media appearances and modeling gigs last year, but only paid a total of $4,400 to help with his son Tripp’s expenses.
When asked about the filing, Levi’s manager Tank Jones denied the claim, and insisted that Levi had actually paid Bristol more than $10,000 in support last year. He could not say how much money Levi actually made, but added that he was not paid for every interview that he did.
Bristol Palin filed for sole custody of her son Tripp in early November, according to court documents that were just made public this week.
Bristol had petitioned to have the court proceedings closed to the public saying that the media publicity would negatively affect the child. The baby’s spotlight-loving father, Levi Johnston requested however, to have the proceedings open to the public. His excuse was that “I feel more comfortable in a public courtroom which will help everyone stay civil and be on their best behavior”.
A judge ruled last week in favor of Levi’s request, and documents were opened to the public today.
Levi is asking for shared custody of the boy, but Bristol has insisted that he had been avoiding his parental responsibilities. Bristol also noted in court that Levi had posed nude for Playgirl Magazine, and that his mother had been arrested for drug possession earlier this year.
Levi Johnston’s mom Sherry was sentenced to five years in prison with two years suspended in Palmer, Alaska yesterday for one count of possession of Oxycontin with intent to deliver.
Sherry pleaded guilty to the charge in a plea bargain, which allowed her to avoid a total of five other felony charges. She’ll be serving her time in an all-female prison in Alaska.

Here’s a preview pic from Levi Johnston’s upcoming cocktease Playgirl spread. In the mag, Levi supposedly covers up his junk with creative things like hockey sticks. According to Playgirl, there won’t be any full-frontal nudity from Levi anywhere in the issue.
Levi Johnston’s manager Tank Jones insisted a few weeks ago that Levi would be showing it all on his upcoming Playgirl spread, but it turns out, he was lying.
Daniel Nardicio, a spokesman for Playgirl announced today that while Levi did strip down during the shoot, he didn’t actually leave everything exposed. Daniel said,
We’re thrilled with the photos we got, and are confident people will love them, but although there may be glimpses, we did not get full on frontal nudity.

Levi Johnston’s sidekick/manager, Tank Jones gave US Weekly some details on part one of Levi’s Playgirl shoot that took place yesterday in NYC. Tank said,
The shoot was fantastic! We’re having a lot of fun with it. People are going to see more of Levi than they thought. There was a hockey stick involved.
Levi will be shedding the clothes again for part two of the shoot today. A rep for Playgirl added that the spread will run in January.
Levi Johnston announced today that he’ll be filing for joint custody of his son Tripp in just a few weeks. Apparently, his current arrangement with the Palin family isn’t going so well. He told reporters,
At the end of the month I’m going to file for joint custody of Tripp. I’m done. It’s going to have to go to court. They just finally pushed me over the edge.
Levi didn’t give any details on the reason for the recent decision.

After a lawsuit threat from Levi’s camp, Conan decided to apologize, and invite William Shatner back to read the real Levi Johnston’s Twitter. This one involves Mullets, Taco Bell, and of course, getting naked.
Some sources close to the Levi Johnston Playgirl shoot are claiming that the baby daddy of Sarah Palin’s precious grandson is getting a little nervous about his upcoming full frontal reveal.
Apparently, the shoot location will be a hockey rink, and Levi’s worried that his penis will shrivel up in the cold.

Levi Johnston is promoting his upcoming Playgirl nude photoshoot by doing some interviews with his bodyguard Tank Jones. Here are just a few things that Levi and Tank had to say:
-Tank: “He’s pumped! He’s ready to shock the world. The hell with fifteen minutes!”
-Levi: ” I just get naked. That’s what I do.”
-Tank: “As a matter of fact, when I picked him up, he came out the house naked. I said ‘not now!”

Levi Johnson’s lawyer Rex Butler announced yesterday that America’s favorite vice-presidential-candidate-daughter-knocker-upper has been busy busting his butt for weeks, preparing for his first big nude shoot for Playgirl magazine.
According to the Rex, Levi is currently on a six-day workout schedule to get hot for the big day. He apparently has never heard of Photoshop.
The shoot is scheduled for the end of this month, and the photos will probably be featured in an issue before the end of this year.
