Government officials in India are reportedly considering banning Lindsay Lohan from entering their country, after she lied about saving the lives of 40 children from a sweatshop last year.

Lindsay tweeted during her trip last December, “Over 40 children saved so far … Within one day’s work … This is what life is about … Doing THIS is a life worth living!!!”

A number of activists, offended by the lie, pointed out that Lindsay wasn’t even in the country during the time of the sweatshop raid that she was referring to. Civil servants in New Delhi are now investigating the incident to determine whether or not to put Lindsay on their immigration blacklist.

Esquire magazine somehow got their hands on the brainstorming notes for the E*Trade commercial that Lindsay Lohan is currently suing them for, and it looks like she might just have a case (maybe).

The notes reveal that the ad makers, Grey Group originally named Lindsay’s character Deborah, but then changed the baby’s name to Lindsay later on. When trying to decide what to call Lindsay, some choices they had written included “gutter hound”, “fish face”, “rug burn”, and “skanky cake”. They finally settled on “milkaholic”.

Lindsay’s mom Dina called the notes “horrific” and “disgusting”, adding “Oh my goodness, I can’t even read this”. Lindsay and mommy Dina are now demanding $100 million in damages.

Lindsay Lohan’s mom Dina is speaking out about her daughter’s latest lawsuit filed against E*Trade for using the name “Lindsay” in their new baby commercial. Dina told the New York Post today that Lindsay called her crying, saying, ‘Mommy, help me. This is wrong. How can they do this?’ Dina added,

They’re little babies doing this, mocking another child who’s just trying to survive Hollywood, basically. Everyone knows Lindsay, like Cher or Madonna.

Dina also called the company “horrible” and “mean”, and said, “I’m just basically glad I took a stand. I’m not going to let them do this to us anymore”.

Lindsay Lohan apparently thinks there are no other drunk Lindsays in the world (that, plus she’s really broke). She’s suing E*Trade for giving a “milkaholic” baby in their commercial the name “Lindsay”. Her lawyer released a statement regarding the lawsuit saying,

Many celebrities are known by one name only, and E-Trade is using that knowledge to profit. They used the name Lindsay. They’re using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn’t they use the name Susan? This is a subliminal message. Everybody’s talking about it and saying it’s Lindsay Lohan.

Lindsay is asking for $100 million in damages. She also wants the ad pulled off the air.

Lindsay Lohan was turned away for her spot in the front row at the Dior fashion show during Paris Fashion Week on Friday when she tried to stroll in ridiculously late to the event. A source working the show told JohnnyIkon.com,

Everybody was furious. She wasn’t just late, but she’d got them to hold the show, saying she was just a few minutes away. In the end, it got so late that people were leaving for their next destination. It wouldn’t have annoyed everybody so much if she hadn’t called demanding an outfit before.

You know, Dior did Lindsay a favor. She’s only in Paris to promote her own line, which isn’t putting a show on. Being photographed on the Dior front row could give her the attention that she needs, I don’t know what happened. She did not offer an excuse.

Some sources reported that Lindsay was allowed to meet designer John Galliano backstage at the show. Others saw her walking back to her hotel after being turned away.

Even thought Lindsay Lohan supposedly still works for Emanuel Ungaro, the company’s owner, Asim Abdullah told WWD today that Lindsay wasn’t involved in their latest fall fashion collection.

Lindsay’s job as an artistic advisor with the fashion house last year was panned by critics, and Ungaro himself called her work a “disaster”. Asim refused to comment on whether or not Lindsay will be working on anything with them in the future.

As expected, Michael Lohan has released a public statement responding to his daughter Lindsay’s recent interview with The Sun.

In the interview, Lindsay pretty much blamed her dad for all of her drug problems, insisting that she did cocaine after watching him do it, and saying that she hit “rock bottom” after he went public with her problems in 2007. Michael responded to Lindsay’s claims with the following statement:

In response to Lindsay’s interview with the Sun: While I’m very happy that Lindsay is beginning to come “clean,” the truth of the matter is I went public when she hit rock bottom. SHE DID NOT GO ROCK BOTTOM WHEN I WENT PUBLIC. Through my own experience, I did , and will continue to do, everything in my power to keep her away from the negative people, place and things in her life. And while, I find her admissions of her experiences with alcohol and cocaine, to be noble, the REAL PROBLEM still exist with the prescription drug use that the so-called “addiction specialist”, therapist and doctors who are prescribing medication to Lindsay and other people.

The whole problem started, with my divorce from Dina. Lindsay and my other children were torn apart because they lost the stability of a family, only to have me extracated by Dina and her family from my children’s lives while I was “away.”

The problem for Lindsay and so many others is prescription drug use. It has taken lives, destroyed families and it will continue to do so until the government steps in and begins to put harsher restrictions on the writing of prescriptions
. “Which has become an incentivized billion dollar industry.”

As I may not be able to change the world by going public on certain issues, maybe what I have to say might touch or even save a few lives including Lindsay’s. I will not stop doing so until I finally get my daughter off of all the prescription drugs which she never needed and doesn’t need no matter how much I get bad mouthed or slandered by the people out there who aren’t so perfect themselves.

I am a man and a father. I am not perfect, but I damn well mean what I say and speak the TRUTH! Whether it be my very own family, or others I love, I will do ALL I can, to make things right, even if it costs me, or is at my own expense!

Lindsay Lohan sat down with The Sun the other day, to finally open up about her drug problems to the media.

In the interview, she spoke about hitting “rock bottom” when her dad Michael went public with her problems in 2007. She also spilled about checking into rehab after hallucinating on Ambien, and doing coke after watching her dad do it. Full interview here.

Linday Lohan skipped out on her British Airways flight, which was supposed to take her to her hot 77-year-old Vienna Opera Ball date, Richard Lugnar last night.

Instead, Lindsay spent the night dragging her little sister, Ali from the Chateau Marmont to the Tea Room, and then to a private house party. She finally returned Ali home by curfew at 4 AM today.

Update: According to sources, the plane that Lindsay missed was a private jet which cost Richard over €100,000. He’s now expecting Lindsay to pay him back for the costs.
