Sam Lutfi has been overly aggressive in his exploiting ways in recent weeks, first trying to steal Britney Spears’ conservatorship from her dad, and then when that didn’t work, switching to his back-up plan by suing her parents for defamation.  Now, we finally have some clues as to why he’s doing all this.  Sam’s California home is reportedly facing foreclosure after he failed to pay over $18,000 in bills.

If Sam doesn’t pay his bills by February 10, his house will go up on the auction block.  He’s got 6 days.  Will Sam be able to get the cash from the Spears family in time to save his home?

Britney Spears and her dad filed a restraining order against Sam Lutfi over the weekend, but Sam’s apparently not one to take the beating lying down. He’s fighting back with a lawsuit of his own, accusing Britney’s parents Jamie and Lynne of defamation. The statement reads,

This lawsuit is being brought as a result of the defamation, ridicule and harassment of Sam Lutfi by Jamie Spears and Lynne Spears. A thorough investigation has revealed overwhelming evidence from independent witnesses, showing that Lynne Spears knowingly and maliciously publicized devastating false information about Lutfi which destroyed his reputation, irreparably harmed his career, and subjected him to constant scorn and humiliation. At the time of the trial in this action, the jury will have an opportunity to weigh the credibility of the witnesses. In doing so, it will be faced with two threshold questions: Why would a supposedly loving mother write a tell all book about the sordid details of two of the most devastating nights of her daughter’s life and go on countless talk shows for her own profit? And why would a loving father who deems his daughter to be incompetent, thrust her into a massive world tour only to subject her to the very limelight that threatened to shatter her life, for something other than his own personal gain? The facts of this case will reveal Jamie and Lynne’s conduct in light of these questions. It will unequivocally explain the motivation of two people who are seemingly willing to destroy anyone and anything that gets in the way of their ability to control and profit from their daughter. Through this action, the truth about Jamie, Lynne and their relentless desire to control Britney Spears and her fortune will be revealed.

Lynne Spears is apparently in talks to have her book, Through The Storm made into a movie. Milk it Lynne! The book goes in depth about Britney’s drinking, drug use, and teenage sexcapades.

Apparently, Britney’s P.Oed about the whole thing. A source says that Britney has told her friends,

That woman doesn’t even seem like my mother any more. She will do anything to get herself more famous and make more money off my name. It’s just unreal. If I could cut her out my life completely, I would.

Anna Faris (Scary Movie) is reportedly is set to play Brit, and Lynne wants Julia Robert to play her. LOL.

The National Enquirer is claiming that 17-year-old Jamie Lynn Spears is spermed again.

They saying that the slut, who gave birth to her first kid, Maddie Briann in June is now 8 weeks along with another little booger.  Apparently her mom Lynne is pissed, and they’re trying to keep the news a secret from possible dad Casey Aldridge.  Oops, looks like headline news got to him first.

Apparently Jamie Lynn didn’t know she could get pregnant while breastfeeding.  Guess who skipped health class?

1. Ricky Martin’s surrogate was not his cousin, as previously rumored, but actually a 26-year-old career surrogate. Ok, much less gross.

2. Levi Johnston, Bristol Palin’s baby daddy was forced to attend the GOP convention on Wednesday. He apparently was tied down to get a quickie tattoo of Bristol’s name on his finger before the event too. Hey, they needed to make it look like he actually wanted to be chained to this chick for the rest of his life.

3. More info is in now about David Duchovny’s sex addiction. Apparently he likes internet porn, like a lot, and also reportedly cheated on his wife Tea Leoni. He’s now doing a 35-day stint at Meadows rehab center in Arizona. That’s called sex addiction? I think it’s more like the dude wasn’t getting any at home so he went elsewhere.

4. Kate Hudson and Chris Robinson are sorta back together again. The two were spotted kissing in front of Hudson’s apartment, and she recently told Cosmo, “look, we’re still basically living together! We’ve figured it out. I mean, obviously nothing’s perfect, but I could never look at [our divorce] as a mistake. If anything, it’s the best thing that ever happened to us.”

5. A source at Petit Tresor was apparently lying when she told ABC News that Jamie Lynn Spears sent Bristol Palin a baby gift. Lynne Spears personally told E! News that the rumors were untrue.

6. Lily Allen has finally spoken up about her drunken feud with Elton John at the GQ awards earlier this week. She says she was just joking around after drinking the free champagne, nothing wrong with that.

The Sun found a source who claims to have some parts of Lynne Spears’ new book, Through the Storm.  It’s full of parenting tips.  Apparently people should be taking everything Lynne Spears says she did in this book, and doing the complete opposite.

Here are some highlights (or lowlights, whatever they should be called).

-Britney started drinking at 13, and Lynne didn’t mind as long as she wasn’t around when it was happening.

-At 14, Britney lost her virginity to the star football player at her high school.  Lynne encouraged it all cause she thought it would make Brit popular.

-Brit Brit started sleeping with Justin Timberlake after that, and that was ok with Lynne too, for whatever reason, probably something to do with upping her music career.

-Lynne let Brit’s managers portray her as a sex symbol because they said it would be good for her career, which she apparently now regrets.

-Britney started using drugs at 15, and was caught trying to get on a plane with cocaine and pot a year after that.

So you might be thinking, what exactly is Lynne’s justification for publishing all of her daughter’s private moments for the world to see?  Here’s the kicker, Lynne wants this book to change people’s perceptions of her as a terrible mother.  LoL.

Access Hollywood is reporting that Jamie Lynn Spears’ mom Lynne called Petit Tresor to order a small gift for pregnant teen Bristol Palin. A store insider spews that Lynne specifically asked to purchase a gift under $100 for the daughter of vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin. Cheap!

Lynne settled on a set of $60 Plain Mary white burp cloths with pink writing on them. They included a note with the gift, which read, “Dear Bristol, Hang in there… xoxo, Jamie Lynn.”

I wonder what the pink writing on the burp cloths said…

Jamie-Lynn and Britney Spears’ mom’s parenting book, “Through the Storm” is finally coming out next week.  The book will reportedly give Lynn’s side of the story to her kids’ tabloid drama.

The biography which was supposed to come out in May was pushed back when Jamie-Lynn got pregnant.

I’m sure this is loaded with great parenting advice.

Talk about some skeletons. The National Enquirer did some snooping and found that in 1975, Lynne Spears ran over a 12-year-old boy in her car. Lynne was driving her brother to the hospital after he had suffered some sort of injury, when she accidentally hit the kid, who was riding his bike. Lynne’s rep reportedly confirms the story.

A source close to the Spears family says,

She has told only a few people about the accident and always says, ‘Please don’t think I’m a bad person.

Well now the whole world knows.
