Amy Winehouse celebrated her 25th birthday alone yesterday because she thought she was too ugly to go. 15 of her closest friends ended up eating her cake and enjoying an impromptu Mark Ronson performance while waiting for Amy who never showed up.
Apparently a few of Amy’s friends tried to get her to go to the party, but she refused. A source says,
Amy was standing in front of the mirror telling everyone how rough she looked. Unfortunately her lifestyle has had a major affect on her appearance and it’s only just started to sink in. She kept saying she was ugly and was in an awful state. They couldn’t get her out… Amy can be very selfish — there was no convincing her and she ruined the night for everyone, including herself.
