The syringe that administered the fatal dose of Propofol to Michael Jackson is possibly going up for auction in Vegas, according to sources.

The unnamed person that somehow got his hands on the item is currently meeting with his lawyers to discuss the legal implications of the sale. If it turns out to be illegal to sell the syringe in Vegas, the man is planning to bring it to Brazil or Libya for auction. The Jackson family is supposedly aware of the situation, and according to sources, is furious about the impending sale. The needle is expected to sell for up to $5 million.

Michael Jackson’s estate has signed the biggest record deal in history with Sony Music Entertainment for 10 projects over seven years, worth between $200,000-$250,000.

The first album will drop in November, and will contain never-before-released tracks that Michael recorded before his death. Sony will also get the right to distribute Michael’s catalog until 2017 - a 2-year extension from their current deal. The executors of Michael’s estate - John Branca and John McClain were the ones who brokered the agreement.

Michael Jackson’s 25-year-old “friend” Omer Bhatti who according to Joe Jackson is Michael’s secret fourth child, is now reportedly living in the Jackson home and confusing Michael’s three non-secret kids by telling them to call him Michael.

A source claims, “he has infiltrated the Jackson family in a way that many find to be disturbing and detrimental to the children”.

The source added that while Blanket and Paris are not dumb enough to buy it, Michael’s oldest son Prince is for some reason starting to believe that Omer really is his father.

In a statement yesterday, Katherine Jackson admitted that Jermaine Jackson’s son Jaafar had purchased a taser online and was caught playing with it in the bathroom. She insisted that Michael Jackson’s sons Blanket and Prince weren’t present in the room at the time, and that the gun was taken away by the family’s security team just minutes after Jaafar began using it.

Other sources are claiming however that Jaafar had the gun in his possession for several days, and that he had been using it to threaten Prince and Blanket.

The Jackson family also denied that there was another gun somewhere on the property. The DCFS is now investigating.

The L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services paid a little visit to the Jackson family home (where Michael Jackson’s three kids are now living) after Jermaine Jackson’s kids ordered a stun gun online and had it delivered to their house three weeks ago.

Someone who learned of the purchase called authorities over the issue. The DCFS showed up at the home last night and took the gun. Social workers are planning to check on the family again today for a routine follow-up.

Update: According to multiple sources, the DCFS was called after Jermaine’s 13-year-old son Jaafar tried to stun Michael’s youngest son, Blanket with the gun.

The family’s security guards confiscated the gun after they heard the children using it. Sources added that the kids had not one, but two stun guns. Only one was confiscated. The other is still somewhere on the property.

Dr. Conrad Murray’s Arraigment Postponed

dr_conrad_murray_pic

Dr. Conrad Murray’s arraignment which was originally scheduled for today has been postponed over feuding between the LAPD and the L.A. County D.A.

According to sources, the LAPD wanted to have Dr. Murray arrested, booked, and brought to court in handcuffs - their standard procedure for homicide suspects. The D.A. however, planned to allow Dr. Murray to turn himself in at the courthouse, and to arrive uncuffed to his arraignment.

Because of the disagreement, the arraignment will not be taking place today. No word yet on a new date.

Looks like Joe Jackson will have to wait a while to find out whether or not he’ll be getting any money from his son Michael’s estate. Yesterday, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge set the preliminary hearing date for the case to May 26.

Joe is asking for a monthly allowance of over $15,000 to cover the cost of his expenses. John Branca and John McClain, executors of the estate are challenging the request.

Landscaper, Jose T. Mareque filed a creditor’s claim against Michael Jackson’s estate yesterday, claiming that they owed him $4,722.01 for work that he performed back in December of 2008.

In the paperwork filed with the court, Jose claimed that he had planted $14,722.01 worth of trees and flowers at Michael’s home, but only received a check for $10,000. Unfortunately, all of Jose’s invoices were all dated December, 2009 - 6 months after Michael had died. Jose is now insisting that the questionable invoice date was a mistake, and that he would be filing an amended claim for the court.
