Michael Lohan announced to Radar Online yesterday that his daughter Lindsay had texted him in the hospital, saying “OMG. Hope you are okay”, after hearing of his heart attack.

He added that his girlfriend Kate Major had spent the night in the hospital, and other friends and family members also (for some reason) came out to support him through his ordeal. He blamed the stress of spending years as a “young stockbroker in New York” as the reason for his heart problems.

Yesterday, he underwent an angioplasty and had stents put in place in an attempt to unblock his coronary arteries. He told Radar Online,

I’ve been through a lot in my life, been to jail, various court cases, even drove my Ferrari over a cliff once, so, it’s going to take a lot more than this to finish me off!

Michael Lohan has reportedly just been rushed to St. Francis Hospital in New York after suffering a minor heart attack.

Michael has just had a catheter inserted in to his heart last week to diagnose the problem that landed him in a Boston-area hospital earlier this month. His doctors also prescribed him with blood-thinning medication and an anti-angina drug at the time.

No word yet on his current condition.

Erin Muller, who accused Michael Lohan of sticking a tracking device on her car just this morning, has been arrested for violating a restraining order by allegedly harassing him over the phone.

Erin’s lawyer confirmed the arrest, but insisted Michael was lying about the phone call. He said, “Erin denies ever calling him … and once again we’re dealing with another bogus allegation”.

She’s currently in custody and will be arraigned in the morning.

Michael Lohan’s ex-girlfriend Erin Muller is claiming today that her father found a tracking device on her car while he was checking for an oil leak two weeks ago, and she believes that Michael (of course) was responsible for installing the device.

The cops have now opened up a felony eavesdropping case on the incident, and Erin is planning to have her home swept for more bugs. When asked, Michael insisted that Erin was “full of crap”.

Michael Lohan was released from a Boston-area hospital last night after suffering a near-stroke before his scheduled celebrity boxing match.

Michael was complaining of chest pains all day before the fight, and then later failed a pre-fight physical, according to his girlfriend Kate Major. He was transported to the hospital where he was checked out boy doctors, and then given the ok to go home. Michael, who has a history of heart attacks, has scheduled an appointment with a cardiologist for later this week.

As expected, Michael Lohan has released a public statement responding to his daughter Lindsay’s recent interview with The Sun.

In the interview, Lindsay pretty much blamed her dad for all of her drug problems, insisting that she did cocaine after watching him do it, and saying that she hit “rock bottom” after he went public with her problems in 2007. Michael responded to Lindsay’s claims with the following statement:

In response to Lindsay’s interview with the Sun: While I’m very happy that Lindsay is beginning to come “clean,” the truth of the matter is I went public when she hit rock bottom. SHE DID NOT GO ROCK BOTTOM WHEN I WENT PUBLIC. Through my own experience, I did , and will continue to do, everything in my power to keep her away from the negative people, place and things in her life. And while, I find her admissions of her experiences with alcohol and cocaine, to be noble, the REAL PROBLEM still exist with the prescription drug use that the so-called “addiction specialist”, therapist and doctors who are prescribing medication to Lindsay and other people.

The whole problem started, with my divorce from Dina. Lindsay and my other children were torn apart because they lost the stability of a family, only to have me extracated by Dina and her family from my children’s lives while I was “away.”

The problem for Lindsay and so many others is prescription drug use. It has taken lives, destroyed families and it will continue to do so until the government steps in and begins to put harsher restrictions on the writing of prescriptions
. “Which has become an incentivized billion dollar industry.”

As I may not be able to change the world by going public on certain issues, maybe what I have to say might touch or even save a few lives including Lindsay’s. I will not stop doing so until I finally get my daughter off of all the prescription drugs which she never needed and doesn’t need no matter how much I get bad mouthed or slandered by the people out there who aren’t so perfect themselves.

I am a man and a father. I am not perfect, but I damn well mean what I say and speak the TRUTH! Whether it be my very own family, or others I love, I will do ALL I can, to make things right, even if it costs me, or is at my own expense!

Michael Lohan was in a Nassau County, NY court today to face the judge over 7 months of child support payments which he admitted that he failed to pay.

On last count (back in November), Michael was $15,100 behind. Today, he promised the judge that he would pay his ex-wife Dina back all of the money by his next court date of March 24.

After some deep thinking, Michael Lohan finally agreed to drop the restraining order violation charges against his ex-girlfriend Erin Muller on Monday. He told Radar Online,

After speaking to my pastors and lots of thought and prayer, I have decided to drop all charges against her… Regardless of the lies and accusations, I am not going to judge her. My Pastors are right. Conquer evil with good. Forgive and let go! Hold on to what is true and appreciate the time you had.

We did spend most of our time, enjoying life and each other. I hope others follow the same. I am sorry for the approach I took to defend myself, but her lying lawyer, Bryan Konoski left me not other choice. But God will deal with him.

According to Erin’s lawyer however, Michael’s accusations were all lies anyways, as Erin had never violated the restraining order by contacting Michael.

In other Michael Lohan news, word has it that he’s going to Haiti with his new girlfriend Kate Major - who also happens to be Jon Gosselin’s sloppy seconds. The pair supposedly raised $125,000 worth of donations and are planning to head over there to personally deliver the goods.

Michael Lohan was arrested yesterday for violating a restraining order by calling his ex-girlfriend Erin Muller on the phone - again.

According to Erin’s lawyer, Michael called Erin at work on January 21, so Erin reported the incident. Michael was arrested and booked for criminal contempt by Nassau County cops. He’s due in court to face charges on February 25.

Michael Lohan reportedly abandoned a cute fluffy white dog at the vet recently, after the dog allegedly tore up his girlfriend Kate Major’s house.

The dog named Abbey was originally adopted from the Last Chance Animal Rescue Fund as a gift for Kate. Michael reportedly called the shelter after the dog made a mess at the home, and then took it in to the vet for heart worm treatment. According to the vet, Michael never came to pick the dog back up. After a 10-day waiting period, the vet returned Abbey to the shelter. Abbey has now been adopted by another family.

The misdemeanor charge that Michael Lohan filed against his ex-girlfriend Erin Muller was dismissed by a Nassau County judge this morning, officially letting Erin off the hook for allegedly kicking Michael in the head while drunk.

Micheal is still in trouble though, as Erin had filed a counter complaint, insisting that Michael was the one who started things by abusing her more than a dozen times over the last few years, even once kicking her in the vagina. Michael has denied Erin’s claims.

Some unnamed person provided In Touch Magazine with some recorded phone calls between Lindsay Lohan and her dad Michael today, where Lindsay admitted that her out of control partying almost killed her last year.

Lindsay told Michael that after a night of partying in Miami, “mommy threw me in the cab, and I stopped breathing for 10 seconds. They read me my last rites”.

She added that she hated her mother for caring more about being famous than taking care of her.

According to her Twitter, Lindsay’s New Year’s resolution this year is to “make changes” and “leave the bad people, habits and negative energy behind”.

Rumor has it that Michael Lohan is now hooking up with Jon Gosselin’s sloppy second, Kate Major.

The couple were spotted sharing a hotel room while in NYC for Jon’s TLC court hearing. They then supposedly went on to spend the holidays together with Kate’s family in Chicago.

Finally, the couple were seen in a tattoo shop the other day, getting matching tattoos for the new year. Michael admitted to the duel tattoos, but insisted, “it was not a big deal”.
