After being accused of shoving a reporter during a charity event in Hawaii, Hayden Panettiere has finally spoken out to defend her reputation.

Hayden told OK Magazine yesterday that she was just scared of one of the reporters who grabbed her out of nowhere, prompting her instinctual response.  She said,

While in Hawaii, one reporter grabbed me suddenly from behind and frightened me. It happens. Typically, the press has treated me with great respect.

Hayden also used the opportunity to deny that she was trying to get ex-boyfriend Milo Ventimiglia fired from the Heroes cast. She claimed that they were both still close, and that they “continue to enjoy working together”.

After getting dumped by Milo Ventimiglia for being a drunken slut, Hayden Panettiere is now refusing to go to work on the Heroes set whenever Milo is working at the same time. A source says,

She is making it difficult for everyone involved… She refuses to be on the set at the same time as him. He’s not going to play any games or stoop to her level.

OK Magazine is reporting that Hayden is now trying to find a way to get Milo fired from the show to end the annoying hassle of scheduling her work around his scenes.

Screw whales, milk and Milo Ventimiglia.  19-year-old Hayden Panettiere is a real teen actress now.

After getting herself kicked out of a 21-plus club and making out with three boys in the last month, Hayden 2.0 was seen in Hawaii over the weekend, sucking on cigarettes and yelling at reporters.  Sources say that Hayden was at a charity event for a rehab center in Honolulu when she got annoyed at the media and refused to do interviews.  She reportedly yelled,

Back up!  Don’t you ever touch me!  You all make my life miserable.

The logical next steps for Hayden 2.0’s career will be DUI, rehab, lesbianism, and anorexia.  We hear she’s already getting some expert advice from a great source.  Hayden was spotted out clubbing with Paris Hilton just last week.

It seems Milo Ventimiglia isn’t a very big fan of used goods. Just a week after sources spotted Hayden Panettiere hooking up with Jesse McCartney in a club, sources close to Hayden and Milo have come forward saying that the pair have called it quits.

The Heroes co-stars with the 12-year age gap had been dating for over a year, and reportedly split over Hayden’s Hollywood partying ways. Apparently the only clubs Milo frequented involved stormtroopers and superheros.

Milo Ventimiglia has just revealed that he would totally love to play a gay role. He says,

I always thought I would make a great Robin. I would love to be Christian Bale’s sidekick in Batman. Even when I was younger I never wanted to be Batman. I have always wanted to be Robin. To this day I still think that would be pretty cool.
