According to the seller of Octomom Nadya Suleman’s La Habra, CA home, the mom of 14 currently owes him over $450,000 for the property, and he’s ready to start foreclosure proceedings against her immediately.

Amer Haddadin claimed yesterday that Nadya was supposed to make 12 payments of $4,139 over the last year, and one balloon payment of $450,000 on March 10, 2010. Nadya, responsible woman that she is, was late on three recent monthly payments, and failed to make both last month’s payment, as well as the balloon payment. Amer told reporters that he “tried to handle this in a gentlemanly way”, but since that was unsuccessful, he’s being forced to foreclose on the property. No comment yet from Nadya.

Octomom Nadya Suleman, who did The View earlier this week in NYC, was spotted out clubbing with friends in the Meatpacking District on Wednesday night.

Sources say that while Octomom’s 14 kids were being watched by a rusty trusty nanny (or left home alone), Nadya was partying it up past 2 AM at Tenjune and Greenhouse. In her defense, she had a pretty low-key night, and wasn’t seen drinking or dancing.

Star Magazine decided to create a mass eyeball bonfire today by publishing photos of the Octomom Nadya Suleman in a bikini on the cover of their most recent issue.

Dr. Michael Kamrava, who implanted a half dozen embryos in Octomom Nadya Suleman a couple of years ago, is now facing accusations of gross negligence, repeated negligent acts, and inadequate records from the office of the Attorney General Edmund G. Brown.

According to Brown, Dr. Kamrava transferred far more embryos into Nadya than recommended by the American Society of Reproductive Medicine. Dr. Kamrava is also being accused of failing to perform a mental evaluation on Nadya who bore 14 children through IVF over an 11-year span. The Attorney General added that the doctor’s conduct was “placing [Nadya's] offspring at risk for potential harm”.

The Board of California is recommending that Dr. Kamrava’s license be suspended over his actions.

Word has it that Jon Gosselin just lost the girlfriend and Michael Lohan all in one day.

Sources say that Hailey Glassman broke up with Jon after her interview with the Insider, where she tearfully accused him of abusing her. According to Extra, “They’re taking a break”. Apparently, Hailey doesn’t want to have anything to do with Jon’s current TLC legal mess.

This comes on the heels of a recent Michael Lohan statement, where Michael announced that he was distancing himself from Jon after the two got into a fight over Jon’s treatment of Michael’s friend Kate Major. The statement read,

Jon Gosselin sought a safe haven at my Southampton home through a dear family friend, Kate Major. When they arrived at my home it seemed that they were very close. After sharing an upstairs guest room I assumed things were intimate between them and questioned Kate.

I sat Jon down and told him that Kate is like a daughter
to me, and he better be straight with her. I asked him if he really wanted to be with Kate or if he still wanted Hailey.

Jon said that he wanted to be with Kate and even went so far as to tell her to quit her job (against my advice) and he would hire her. Kate subsequently quit per Jon’s advice and promise. Even my fiance Erin told her not to quit her job, but Kate trusted Jon and quit.

After getting to know Jon and hearing how he said TLC was ‘screwing’ him, I then introduced him to Mike Heller, and Mike introduced us to his dad, Mark [Heller]. The three of us cut deals to represent Jon, and representation documents circulated. But as time went on, I was cut out. Albeit, Jon began to become secretive and distant, regardless of the deals I brought to the table. A book contract was even breached without any consideration. All because other people wanted a bigger piece of the pie.

As of late, contracts have been breached, legal ethics violations have ensued and Jon has become a different person than I thought he was.

Now, it looks like Jon will probably be seeking friendship from the Octomom, Nadya Suleman. Despite the fact that Jon and his reps denied that he had any plans to consider the Octomom reality show, Radar Online is claiming that they’ve obtained emails between Jon’s managers and the show’s producers, which prove that Jon’s camp had been actively negotiating a salary, and discussing shoot locations, time, and content.

Jon Gosselin’s rep sent a formal letter to the producers of Jon - Kate = Jon + Octomom today, explaining why he wouldn’t be participating in their new project. The letter referenced Jon’s “spiritual advisors” (sic), and even made a point to note that Jon was aware of the “potential revenues” that the new show could bring. The statement read:

While Jon appreciates the consideration and the potential revenues that it offers, after reviewing with both the management team and his spiritual advisors Jon has decided it is not in his best interest to pursue a show of this nature.

it is important to Jon to focus on his family and repairing the relationship that Jon and Kate need to have, both for themselves and for the sake of their children.

Bobby Goldstein, the former producer for the show Cheaters, has a new project on his hands. He’s running around telling people that he’s currently working on a reality dating show starring Jon Gosselin and the Octomom Nadya Suleman, where cameras will follow them as the producers try to convince Jon to date the Octomom.

If it comes to fruition, the show will be titled “Jon - Kate = Jon + Octomom”. Bobby recently told In Touch magazine,

Nadya has an insatiable desire to spend time with Jon and to put their families together. She’s already talking openly about the two of them getting married. It’s so bad that when they finally meet, Octomom’s brood may start calling Jon ‘Daddy.’ If this doesn’t make Jon lose it, then Octomom modeling her bikini body for him will.

It’ll be produced by Bobby, and another producer who used to work for Jerry Springer.

Update: Jon Gosselin’s rep has just denied these claims, but we’re pretty sure for the right amount of money…

Dr. Michael Kamrava, the guy who inseminated OctoMom Nadya Suleman with those eight kids, was dropped from the American Society for Reproductive Medicine yesterday, after repeatedly violating their strict rules.

The doc was apparently never supposed to put more than one or two embryos in a patient, but he tossed six into Nadya at one time. He also reportedly did the same in several other instances.

Dr. Kamrava still has his medical license, but is just no longer associated with the ASRM.

It looks like Octomom is having a rough time keeping track of all of her 14 kids. L.A. County Fire officials confirmed today that Nadya Suleman’s 2-year-old son Caleb was rushed to St. Jude Hospital after he was found vomiting from ingestion of an unknown substance. No further details are available at this time.

Update: Radar Online is now reporting that Octomom’s dim kid Caleb chugged down a non-poisonous salt water solution earlier this afternoon, and was taken to the hospital as a precaution (hey, if you can get taxpayer money, why not spend it?). He is reportedly doing fine, and will be released later tonight.

Rolly-eyed Octo-mom Nadya Suleman, who loves all the attention from Radar Online, took a few minutes out of her busy octo-baby schedule last week to talk to their cameras about donor dad.

In her exclusive interview, she revealed that donor dad was the “last male I was intimate with”.  She seemed to purposefully use the word “male” rather than “person”, leaving us to speculate about whether or not Octo-mom may swing both ways.  According to Nadya, she has not had sex with a man in over 10 years. Back in February before all the Jon and Kate Plus 8 cheating drama surfaced, Kate Gosselin made a promotional appearance on Dr. Phil, where she voiced her fear for Nadya Suleman, AKA Octo-Mom’s “emotional health” as a single mother of eight babies.

Nadya finally jumped into the ring with Kate Gosselin today, by rolling her eyes repeatedly, pouting her over-sized lips, and criticizing the Jon and Kate Plus Eight matriarch for her marriage issues and desperate bids for attention.  She also slammed Kate by huffing under her breath, “she reminds me of my mother”, and even went so far as to hit out at Kate’s education level.

Nadya then gasped in shock when she learned that Kate had 50 helpers per week on hand to care for her six kids.  “I have like ten helpers per week!  Why am I not overwhelmed?  Why is it not a chaotic mess?”, Nadya screeched.

Octomom, Nadya Suleman told Radar Online today that she’s checking into a hospital for up to a week to get half of her uterus removed to get rid of some benign fibroid tumors that could potentially cause cancer.

The good news is that after the procedure, she’ll be unable to have any more children.
