Anne Hathaway is allowing prosecutors that tried the fraud case against her ex-boyfriend Raffaello Follieri to keep the jewelry that they seized from her as part of their evidence against him.
The jewelry, which included a pearl necklace, some rings, and a few Rolex watches, were gifted to Anne by Rafaello during their relationship.
Prosecutors will put the items up for auction, and use the proceeds to pay back some of the investors that were ripped off by Rafaello.
