Rihanna’s personal trainer, Cindy Percival has filed a lawsuit against the singer for failing to pay her $26,144.14 in wages.
Cindy claimed in court documents that she had traveled around the world with Rihanna for a few weeks between September and October of last year.
She’s suing Rihanna for $1,500 per day of work, and $2644.14 in travel expenses.
As of Saturday, the star-studded Hope For Haiti telethon had already raised an estimated $58 million for the island’s earthquake victims.
More monetary donations continued to pour in over the rest of the weekend, and the “Hope for Haiti Now” album of the night’s musical performances, which hit the No. 1 spot in 18 countries on Saturday, is expected to rake in even more money in iTunes sales.
Celebrities including Alicia Keys, George Clooney, Reese Witherspoon, Julia Roberts, Steven Spielberg, Bono, Taylor Swift, Jay-Z, Rihanna, Madonna, and Stevie Wonder participated in the event.
Proceeds from the telethon have been donated to the Red Cross, UNICEF, the U.N. World Food Programme, Oxfam America, Partners in Health, the Clinton Bush Haiti Foundation, and the Yele Haiti Foundation.

Rihanna and her breasts grace the latest cover of GQ magazine, where she talks about her music, herpes rumors, and of course, the “Chris Brown thing”.
Some oblivious DJ reportedly angered guest of honor Rihanna at Jay Sean’s All or Nothing Cash Money UK launch party over the weekend, when he “accidentally” put on a Chris Brown song, just minutes after Rihanna entered the room.
According to sources, Rihanna and her friends all stormed out of the party as soon as the song came on. The event’s organizers are apparently just a bit upset about the incident, as they had spent about £100,000 on Cristal just to get Rihanna to show up.

Looks like Chris Brown isn’t too happy about the fact that Rihanna’s been spilling the beans about their abusive relationship on national TV. He released a statement late last week, saying,
While I respect Rihanna’s right to discuss the specific events of February 8, I maintain my position that all of the details should remain a private matter between us.
I do appreciate [Rihanna's] support and wish her the best. I am extremely sorry for what I did, and I accept accountability for my actions . . . Abuse of any kind is always wrong. The rest I leave it to God.

Rihanna finally went public today with her Chris Brown abuse story. She spoke with Glamour magazine about her ordeal, and the media coverage that surrounded it.
She told Glamour,
My friends and family have been extremely supportive, and everyone has been there for me. But at some point you are there alone. It’s a lonely place to be—no one can understand. That’s when you get close to God.
I am talking about starting with the night [before] the Grammys and then on. That was not the only thing that occurred this year. The picture leaking…it was one thing after another.
It was humiliating; that is not a photo you would show to anybody. I felt completely taken advantage of. I felt like people were making it into a fun topic on the Internet, and it’s my life. I was disappointed, especially when I found out the photo was [supposedly leaked by] two women.
It has taught me so much. I felt like I went to sleep as Rihanna and woke up as Britney Spears. That was the level of media chaos that happened the next day. It was like, What, there are helicopters circling my house? There are 100 people in my cul-de-sac? What do you mean, I can’t go back home?
Domestic violence is a big secret. No kid goes around and lets people know their parents fight. Teenage girls can’t tell their parents that their boyfriend beat them up. You don’t dare let your neighbor know that you fight. It’s one of the things we [women] will hide, because it’s embarrassing. My story was broadcast all over the world for people to see, and they have followed every step of my recovery. The positive thing that has come out of my situation is that people can learn from that. I want to give as much insight as I can to young women, because I feel like I represent a voice that really isn’t heard. Now I can help speak for those women.

According to Star magazine (our favorite source), Justin Timberlake has been cheating on Jessica Biel with Rihanna for the past month or so.
The pair were supposedly spotted grinding at 1Oak’s VMA party in NYC earlier this month. According to sources, they also threw themselves a private after-party in Rihanna’s hotel room after the event.
The pair are currently working on Rihanna’s new album together, where Rihanna has been giving Justin lapdances for fun.
Update: There’s a good chance that Justin wasn’t cheating on Jessica, as US Weekly is now reporting that the couple split about a month ago. According to them, Justin broke off his 3-year relationship by ending things with Jessica on the phone. Jessica is reportedly still in denial about the split.
Update #2: Sources are now saying that Justin and Jessica were out having a romantic dinner on Monday night.
Two L.A. cops have just been suspended for leaking the photo of a bruised and bleeding Rihanna which was taken at the police station right after the Chris Brown incident in February.
A probe into the case led investigators to two female cops who allegedly sold the photo to TMZ. The homes, offices, and lockers of the two officers were recently searched. Both women are now facing disciplinary action, and a possible charge of identifying a victim of domestic violence.
East Side Ink, a NYC tattoo shop was just issued a ticket yesterday for allowing Rihanna, who doesn’t have a license, to tattoo some umbrellas on a few people back in July.
No word yet on the exact amount of the fine, but that type of citation from the NYC Department of Health usually carries a $200 to $2000 penalty.
