Jude Law and his accidental babymama, Samantha Burke have reportedly come to a custody agreement for their 6-month-old baby girl, Sophia.

Jude will supposedly pay a total of $5,000 per month in child support, and will see his daughter twice a year - once around Christmastime, once later in the year.

He met Sophia for the first time in Florida last month in a business meeting-like setting with his lawyers present. Samantha has reportedly signed a confidentiality clause as part of the custody agreement, which will ban her from talking to the press.

Jude Law and his trusty lawyer Maurice Kutner flew to Florida together this weekend to finally meet Jude’s new lovechild with model Samantha Burke.

Jude and Maurice spent six hours in a private meeting before joining up with Samantha, her mother Lea, and baby Sophia in an office building in Miami. Two other men, thought to be Samantha’s lawyers were also present. Jude was said to be “very on edge” about the meet-up with Sophia who is now five months old.

Jude Law reportedly called Samantha Burke up around Christmas time and asked her if he could come over and see his illegitimate kid, Sophia sometime in the next few weeks.

According to News of the World, Samantha is excited about the visit, not because her kid will finally have a chance to meet her daddy, but because she’s hoping that Jude will fall in love with her again when he shows up. One insider told the British tabloid,

She told us they would get back together but I think Jude just feels a responsibility to his daughter.

Surprisingly, Jude Law’s baby momma, Samantha Burke had no intention of keeping all of the cash that she made from selling the 14-page spread of her baby daughter Sophia to Hello! Magazine. According to her, some of that money was donated to Ronald McDonald House. She said,

Both Sophia and I were compensated for the photographs, and will donate a portion of the compensation to the Ronald McDonald House to assist with the completion of their new facility in Pensacola, FL.

The rest of the money will be placed in a trust fund for Sophia, to be used on her education - because the $150,000 per year from daddy just won’t be enough.

Sources are now coming forward with details on the couple’s relationship, and it’s looking a lot like Samantha was practically a virgin when she slept with Jude.

A few of Samantha’s former classmates spoke out yesterday, saying that Jude was one of her first boyfriends. She never really dated much, and obviously knew little about birth control. My son Denis is hopping mad. He feels that Jude Law took advantage of his little girl. He rang him up but could never get through on the number Jude gave Samantha. He kept leaving messages. In the end, some lawyer called up and then Denis did get to talk to Jude and read him the riot act.

I think that’s what made him step up to the plate and promise to look after this baby. Denis is as mad as hell and wants him to be a man about this.

Sources say that Jude’s lawyers have now agreed to Samantha’s child support demands. The baby girl is due in October.
